Kaplan is my way to go when I think of building a new house. This is our second house to build with Kaplan and no regrets at all. Excellent workmanship and house was handedover to us four weeks ahead of schedule in an amazing condition perfect finish. Once construction was started there were no unnecessary delays and it was all joy watching our house moving towards completion faster than those started earlier. The finished product was built to an exceptionally high standard. The KAPLAN team were accomodating to the changes we wanted in adding additional rooms and bathroom while suggesting some finer details be made to showcase some areas of our house.

Many of our friends have commented on how well the house was built, however mentioned stress was a major factor in being deterred by building a new home. As explained to them, KAPLAN alleviated any of my stressors with their excellent lines communication. Our friends have now considered building with KAPLAN at Marsden Park.

Kaplan was an overall great builder to deal with. Their pricing was very competitive with all of the inclusions. Always a pleasure to deal with from the sales team, builders and site supervisors and the hand over process was a breeze.

Our next build will be a Kaplan home. We had the options of customizing our design and adding or removing options to suit our budget.

Our building experience with Kaplan homes has been great from start to end. When we bought the house a lot of inclusions with Kaplan were expensive upgrades with other builders. Communication with the site coordinator has been great, always prompt in replying to emails and clarifying any questions. The building process went smoothly with house handed over in time.
