Excellent repair service Carlos
Carlos was polite, efficient and very helpful with product knowledge. He even offered to vaccume under my lounge whilst it was moved out of it's position which was lovely. Thanks Carlos

Polite and informative service provided by Elias. Elias offered a leather cleaning kit for our large lounge that will be very useful and I was rather surprised but very thankful.

Great Customer Service
Deb from King Living Customer Service was very nice and extremely professional, she called me in response to an email I sent relating to an issue with my Leon Recliner. Deb explained that she had already resolved the problem and was just calling to let me know what the outcome was going to be. I was delighted that the issue was resolved in such a timely manner. A few days later I received another call from Deb, just updating me on the timing moving forward. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. Thanks King Living.

Customer service needs to improve
Order the Jasper lounge back in September 2018 which was delivered in January 2022 as expected. There were a few hiccups with the order, for example, we requested the storage under the chaise but apparently that was not possible due to the size we ordered (but only found this out during delivery). Upon installation by the delivery men, the sofa was damaged and the charging table was not working. Called customer service who arranged a replacement. uch frame was not covered so then we had to wait a few more weeks/months for the cover to arrive from China. Finally our second couch arrived. We realised a few weeks later the second couch had significant structural damage as later confirmed by the professional King Living technician. However, before having a technician review the couch, we went back to the Nunawading showroom to discuss the problems we had only to be told by a rude salesperson that our problems with the couch were “normal” based on what we described and the photos attached below and that we were trying to find problems due to issues with the first couch. Approval to replace the couch was given including the covers as significant pilling had already occurred (Palm Springs) in November 2022. We’re still waiting for our couch and it’s May 2020. My biggest issue and frustration with King Living and after sales care is that they never follow through with their promise to call you back. Currently waiting for a call back that was promised to me a week ago to find out the status of our replacement couch. This is after expressing my frustration with the consultant that I had been promised 3 call backs recently which have never occurred. This has been an ongoing issue since we received the original couch back in January 2022. King Living, please pick up your customer service game. Potential customers, if you need after sales care, be ready to spend a lot of time chasing them up.3 comments

Carlos was great well done
Carlos provides fantastic service he showed us how to use the chairs and light which was not shown to us when we bought them

Repair of Reo sofa
