We had a broken sofa LED light. We had previously brought this to the attention of King Living. The promised new sofa light did not arrive. We telephoned Dee who sold us the Nimbus couch and sofa light. Dee attended to our follow up request quickly to our complete satisfaction.

Elias called an hour prior and was on time. The vehicle tracker is a nice feature. Elias did a great job changing my dining chair covers with a minimum of fuss.
