Choosing Kingsbridge Homes is one decision I would not regret. Rawad Dbaissy at the Sales office was my first contact with Kingsbridge Homes.He was warm, engaging and very helpful. Rawad showed me a Kingsbridge home design that met my needs and budget, from there the process was quickly underway. ous queries in a timely manner. My building supervisors were always helpful and would always make the time to meet me if I wanted to discuss any matters or just simply call by for a sticky beak. Construction was completed on time and the QA process identified a handful of cosmetic items that were quickly rectified by Kingsbridge Homes allowing me to move into my new home in mint condition. Well done Kingsbridge, you made the potentially stressful experience of building a home so easy, thank you!!!

Kingsbridge homes - Quality Builder
Our Kingsbridge home, all we can say is that it is an excellent quality build and we are very satisfied with it. From the first day we stepped inside the sales centre Rajan Gauba was very friendly, professional and down to earth. He assisted us in choosing the right house plan and went out of his way to ensure all of our requirements were met. The actual build went well and was quick. Impressive build quality
We appreciate the services and were provided right guidance through out the build process. The new home consultant Rajan Gauba helped us finding the right lay out for our house and building the house with in budget. The build contract process was smooth with the help of Contract administrator Vanessa who was extremely helpful in sharing all contract details.Build process is pretty fast and satisfactory.

My husband & I really loved the layout and presentation of the Kingsbridge Home we bought. What stood out for me was not only the quality of the home compared to the other builders we visited, but also the salesperson who was the most friendliest of the many displays I visited.
Customer Service was excellent with any questions we had, from the Salesperson in the Display who first did our sale, to the lady in the office who helped us. We were even given regular updates throughout the entire process, and when discussing our final contract with any changes we wanted, it was explained very clearly and they were very patient with the millions of questions I had.
