Excellent Builder
I have just built our investment property with kingsbridge homes and have been very impressed from the start. Our initial interaction with the sales office in Tarneit was wonderful, Rajan Gauba assisted us with our home selection and made us very comfortable. He guided us very well as if he was looking out for us. We have even recommended him to many of our friends who have had a similar experience. We have got the keys to our house now and We are very happy with the finished product. I would give kingsbridge 5 stars for my entire experience start to end.

Amazing Experience with Kingsbridge Homes
We built our first home with Kingsbridge Homes and are very happy with from start to finish. Big floor plans collection to choose from. They made a lot of changes in the floor plan to suit our needs. Rajan, Vanessa And Tim were three awesome people to deal with. No issues or complaints and ll defiantly use them for my future projects and refer them to others.

Kingsbridge Best Builder
We built the Stanford 26 with Kingsbridge Homes and the overall experience was fantastic! Vanessa and Abbi did a wonderful job getting the job to site quickly and Emma was really helpful with the handover process. Credit to the designer for such a functional floor plan at an affordable price! I highly recommend Kingsbridge Homes and would definitely build with them again.

Kingsbridge Flexible Builder
Builder is very flexible in terms of changing design, sales, office and field staff are quick in responding to the queries. Very economical to build and quick turnover time compared with other builders. Has variety of plans and options. Building process was well managed by the supervisor, would definitely recommend building with them.

Kingsbridge fanatic job!!
We built our new house with Kingsbridge homes the Berkeley 32 price was very reasonable with all the upgrades we were after they did a fantastic job with our house started in feb 2022 and in sep 2022 fast build for a large house every little thing was ask for Phil our site supervisor or Vanessa our Senior Contract Administrator did there best to accommodate our needs regarding any upgrades we made or any changes that happened during the build we did have a few issues after we moved regarding the electrical but Phil got on to them ASAP to rectify the issue immediately we can’t wait to start really living in our new house we highly recommend them

Very happy overall with Kingsbridge Homes!
We built the Newbury 22, modified on our request. We love the design and the finished product. We felt the building site was managed very well. It was very clean and looked after professionally. The construction finished on-time and the fixed price contract was truly fixed. There were no additional or hidden costs. Although there were some minor issues here and there (which is to be expected in construction) there weren't many and they were quickly resolved which made all the difference. One of the best Builders
Kingsbridge homes have been excellent in building my new home. Went with the Rochester 26 and it came out really well within the timeframe. I am quite happy with the build quality. Pricing, Customer service and communication are the strongholds of this company. Lead by Vanessa, the build coordinator everything went smoothly and I was informed every stage about the progress. of the build. The cost of the build was the same as estimated. Issues identified by my independent inspector were fixed and the post handover communication and response is great.
Overall, good builders and great to deal with, highly recommended.

Home Sweet Home
Build the Kendal design home through Kingsbridge home. I had to alter the design to suit me, the team was very helpful and altered the design multiple times till we got it the way I wanted it to be. Process from there onwards was significantly consultative. I was well aware of what was happening and what stage we were at. ssa Arbon. Both were extremely pleasant to deal with and provided excellent support. I had Rajan to assist me initially before Vanessa took over and I very much had the 1 on 1 support through out which is what made my life so much easier rather than dealing with so many people. At the end stage the site supervisor changed which can happen but the transition was again very smooth. I am extremely happy with the home and service. the final cost of the home was actually better than the estimate I got credits for the some of the items. small issues were rectified very quickly which helped a lot.Similar opinion? My First Home and will build with them again!!
I built the Rochester 26 with Newhaven Facade in Tarneit. The construction got completed in March 2022 and I am thankful that I went ahead with Kingsbridge Homes for my first home after sorting more than 15 builders out. Overall it was a pleasant experience and much smoother in comparison to other builders, the kind of issues they caused and ease of getting those resolved.

l my questions and action all my requests at prompt manner. She also helped me in understanding the process and also provided some good suggestions throughout. I had a couple of site supervisors changed in the beginning of the job but I had no problem in the transition. I was especially happy with my site supervisor Tim who handled everything well and never declined any request I had or concerns I showed during the build and he rectified each and every item as per my wish. Tim did not delayed anything purposely, infact he kept me informed with the estimated finish date. I had to request him to move in early as my lease was getting finished within few days, he made all the arrangement for the move even when there were few minor things to be done. He did not forget or leave the tasks in middle after our move and got everything done at the earliest for us to enjoy the new home. I am highly impressed with his honesty, flexibility and accountability on this job. It was a "No Fuss At All" experience with this team. Workmanship: Like any other builder, there were some issues but those were not big enough to not have resolved. Workmanship was great and duly. Most importantly, if I was not happy with any work, Tim was ready to get all those redo without any fuss. He waited for all the inspection reports my independent inspector provided and actioned each item before moving to next stage. Cost: I must say that I got a good deal and I was happy with it. The estimated and the actual cost did not vary much. I did made some changes and upgrades during construction but unlike other builders, they only charged me for the cost, not for making variation to the contract. Its been 2 and a half month since I moved in the home and did not face any major issue. I am more than confident that Kingsbridge will resolve the maintenance issues (if any) without any delay. Our first home
We built the Hyde 20, Our build was managed really well, when we needed anything sorted the office was there immediately to rectify. Very easy, to deal with and informative. Any problems post handover have been rectified, our supervisor has really made it come together especially picking the project up at the end.
We felt that the add on packages covered most upgrades, so minimal upgrades were needed which eased our minds especially when it came to final costs.

Dream home
Kingsbridge home has handed our dream home before time. the staff was very friendly specially Veronica, Vanessa, Dave and peter for smooth and worry free experience. The back office staff was very quick in making changes according to our change of mind and they also made sure we were not out of budget.

Perfect team and best builder Kingsbridge
The best part of my house is Elliston Facade which with wooden look garage door, looks so fabulous and eye catching. There standard fixtures are also very good quality, so I did not need to upgrade much.

Kingsbridge Homes-one of the best quality builders we have ever seen
We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and service of Kingsbridge Homes. Our main contact in the office was exceptionally quick and efficient when responding to any emails or questions. Very friendly and very professional.
And our Site Supervisor is very pedantic and has a really good eye for detail. One of the most easy going and friendly supervisors we have ever met.
And all his trade were highly skilled and proud of their work.

Construction was completed on time and the QA process identified a handful of cosmetic items that were quickly rectified by Kingsbridge Homes allowing me to move into my new home in mint condition.
