I've found an easier upgrade path than what is described in the manual
1) Download the new firmware (mine was https://www.kogan.com/au/help/kaled55uhdze-tv-firmware-upgrade/) into USB stick
2) connected USB

Unfortunately unlike shops you can't pop down to Kogan and return their faulty product. Read more We're currently we're currently working on a new firmware fix for this and it should be completed and released very shortly. As soon as the update is available, you will be notified. In the meantime, if you disconnect from the internet (you can do this by hitting the 'Settings' button on the remote), turning the power off at the hard power switch and disconnecting the unit from power for a couple of minutes. Once you power the TV back on, you should be able to use the TV as long as the internet is not connected.I search channels in tv but it don't receive any channel and when I try again there will be error message.
