my partners phone was stolen whilst we were away and they made the claim super easy we lodged it and within 10 days it had been paid out. highly recommend

Made a claim on a recent oversea's trip.Kogan were absolutely hopeless.Don't bother with them.
They will ask for pages of useless information and then reject your claim.An absolute waste of time and money.

Its been nearly two months since I made a claim and still waiting. Never reply to my emails and always request more info or require better image of documents. Iguess you get what you pay for and would not recommend them to anyone

The Kogan companies do not unsubscribe me when this is requested. I am sick and tired of constantly receiving emails from them and I am sure this behaviour is illegal.

I had made a claim on loss of an Iphone 6 and I paid premium insurance without excess rate. I would have thought that claim would at least match the value of the current market rate which is around $400-500. However, I only managed to get back $157 after depreciation. This is a joke. I paid for premium insurance but I got a low standard claim. Pls look elsewhere for a better travel insurance.

I travel a lot, and because I am over 70 I always check for the best and cheapest policy.
Because of my age, the premiums are going up all the time.
I have used many different companies, but last time I used Kogan.
They were cheaper than any others I checked.
I did not make a claim, so can not comment on that.
