Bought a $2 sim and recharged it with extra large plan .but sim has not been activated yet cause incoming and outgoing services are unavailable. I am able to login into lebara account where I can see my recharge details but sim not activate .any help .

I have purchased the lebara L plan and have been trying to activate my new sim for last 2 days now.Today will be day 3 it wont even allow me to dial your support number 126122 saying phone not registered. Had online chat with Paul and another lady Marie but the porting of my old number seems to have failed again and again.
We are new to lebara and i have four in our family who would like to get abroad lebara but they havd not been able to get me on in the last 2 days....i feel ive wasted $400 as we had purchased 4 sim cards with the large plan. Maybe lebara can refund me the full sum if they cannot provide me the services they advertised.
Please help to get my services going as presently i am stuck.

For porting we need to check what could be the reason it is failing as this could be because of some mismatch of account information with the losing carrier.

You may either purchase a $2.00 sim from Coles or Woolworths or you may call us on 1300126122 to request a blank sim to be sent via post to you which may take 5 to 7 business days. You do not need to purchase a new SIM pack.

If it is a long term starter pack yes you can still use it. You must have received a voucher pin via email which you can apply to your existing account.

The order number field is optional, so you do not need to enter an order number number to activate. The order number can, however, be found in the confirmation email you should have received when placing your order online. If you purchased the SIM pack instore, there will not be an order number.

If you purchased online and cannot locate an order confirmation email, please privately message us your full name and email address, along with the date you made the order, and we will be able to provide you with your order number.

Thank you for your question.

You will firstly need to obtain a new Lebara SIM card. You can do so by:

-Purchasing a new SIM card for $2 from your nearest Lebara Outlet. Outlets include, Coles, Woolworths and, many major convenience stores.
-Ordering a new SIM online to be delivered from www.lebaraonline.com.au. Approximate time taken is 5-7 working days.

Once you have obtained a new SIM card, please do not activate the SIM but give us a call on 1300 126 122 and request a SIM swap. Your existing number will be transferred onto the new SIM.

You do not need to enter your order number when activating, however if you would like to you will be able to find it in the confirmation email that was sent to you when you ordered online.

If you purchased the SIM pack instore, you will not have an order number and should proceed without filling in this field.

Hi i activated my lebara sim in Australia before i went to europe on a prepaid plan ..now my first stop is spain and it doesnt work at all even though i havve full bars of reception..how can i get my sim working in europe i thought it would be fine as i already set it up before i left home

Unfortunately, as stated on our website, Lebara Australia does not offer international roaming at this stage, so you will not be able to use your Australian service in Europe. Your best bet would be to purchase a prepaid SIM in Europe.
