Disappointing
We’re enjoying a beautiful new pool installed by Leisure in February this year. Unfortunately, we’re not enjoying being ignored by the company’s director, [Name Removed], in our attempts to have Leisure take responsibility for the damage that was done to our fence by their digging contractor. A heavy rock accidentally fell off his scoop and crashed through our fence whilst he was clearing the soil following the dig. Other contractors have caused other damage throughout the entire landscaping project, and each has assumed responsibility and paid for the damage they caused. The only one left is Leisure, and we’re extremely disappointed by this lack of professionalism and courtesy, which has left a bad taste in our mouth that’s preventing us from wanting to recommend them to our friends for their pool plans.northern rivers pools
Pool installed by northern rivers pools. Service ok. Promised 4 months ago to come back and fix shoddy workmanship. Never happened. Happy with the pool but not good service or communication!

The pool itself looks great and is a great product however we were very disappointed with some of the outcomes that resulted due to bad communication. Some of the team were very unprofessional and as someone that works in the construction and design business I was appalled. Also ended up having to pay the electrician extra to come out on multiple accounts due Leisure Pools poor communication and not supplying the correct information.

Not happy with the hand over the pool should have given me a clean pool balanced they didn’t .
I was also not offered a pool cleaner that climbed stairs which I have 4 of in the pool not happy I would have paid the extra if offered . Sales person great but hand over very frustrating.

Not happy with the service it has taken five weeks to nearly have a finished product. Still waiting for another issue to be completed. We are happy with the pool however word of warning don't do our mistake and pay in total as soon as they request stage 1 payment stick to contract, we paid total amount straight up and completion of pool has been dragged out you would think paying nearly $50000 would make for excellent product and service. Like i said we love the pool and have learnt from our error.

From the initial dealings with [name removed] through to the signing of the contract the process was great and we felt like we were making the right decision. However, once we had signed the contract and paid the funds across to secure the install date we felt the communication lagged and things got a bit disorganised.
Firstly when the contract came through it had the wrong pool colour on it, when we signed it we changed the pool colour and handed the contract over with the money to have the pool installed on the date we had booked. I had

Read moreasked on several occasions for a signed copy of the contract to be given to us which took awhile for this to come back with multiple emails, text messages and phone calls following up on it. Further to this, twice the wrong pool colour pool commencement email came through, again I had asked for this to be fixed. On the day of the pool build the guys turned up without a pre-booked excavator and they had to wait around for this to be delivered, there was unfortunately no explanation as to why this happened and it seemed the office was unaware as I had received an email 2 days prior advising the excavator would be dropped off during the weekend. The dig was supposed to start on the morning of the booked date, unfortunately this did not start until 12pm. As we were accessing our yard through our neighbours yard this caused a few issues on the other end with delays and having to have access longer then what we had agreed with them (plus the buckets of rain we we were about to get) The pool build itself apart from the above hiccups went well. However following up with the office on timeframes became very painful. It seems that once you have signed the contract you are in to project manage the build yourself so be prepared for this. When it came to the pool coping and paving we hit another issue. I followed up with the office the day before the pavers were supposed to be laid as nothing had been delivered, they advised us there would be a delay in the pavers being delivered (apparently it was our fault because we went through another paver supplier that we had actually been told to go through by [name removed]) so there was a rush to get these delivered on time to have the pavers installed due to my own work commitments and not being around to let anyone into the backyard. When we did eventually have these installed the guy who laid the pavers was arrogant and rude. He turned up on Wednesday morning and had left by 12.30pm without finishing the whole job. I got zero explanation from Leisure Pools as to why this happened and again had to reschedule my own meetings to try and get the work finished. We had the fence guy (3rd party) booked in to do the work and he advised us that if all the pavers were laid (not grouted) then he could come in, when he did come in we found not all the pavers had been laid and glued down. When we asked the paver guy to come back and finish the job he refused to use the quick set concrete that [name removed]had asked him to use and left the site.Thanks Bec

The pools in, the instructions received to maintain the pool and pool are very basic and of limited use in terms of How to, so you're pretty much on your own in terms of learning how to maintain your pool. Leisure pools could add online courses or better post implementation support. I suggest the easier they make a pool to maintain the more they sell.
In addition, the warranty provides a very low tolerance for pH levels, the pressure valve for their pools is white (even for dark coloured pools).
