Installation of our pool went well considering all the weather challenges that we faced. Taylor, Emma and the rest of the team did an awesome job with communication etc. Highly recommended!!

We had a 12m Allure which has a spa and large splash deck installed in August 2021. After visiting the Yatala display we chose the Allure with it's freeform shape, and it looks amazing in our backyard. The colour is Crystal Blue - beautiful in daylight, and gorgeous at night with the lights on. The pool included a Viron Smart P320 XT which works perfectly, and means low maintenance. We put in 2 additional spa jets and an Oasis i24 Inverter Heat Pump for use all year round - certainly worth the investment. Leisure Pools Toowoomba did the installation. Every time we look at it, swim or relax in the spa, we are reminded how glad we were to have chosen a Leisure Pool.

Taylor, Emma and all the boys were an absolute pleasure to deal with for our new fiberglass pool through Leisure Pools, North Brisbane.

From the quoting stage, through construction and right to the end, Taylor and the team kept us informed all along the way to ensure smooth build process was followed out. The team smashed it all out in the space of two weeks. We are so happy with the finished product and 100% recommend if you’re thinking of putting in a new pool.

We have received the best possible advice and service from Leisure Pools North Brisbane. The team (Taylor, Emma, Paul, Matt and others) was friendly, communicated well and kept us informed. Everyone was committed in completing a quality installation to satisfy our requirements within a very short time before Christmas. Schedule changes due to rain was inevitable but still installation went on and completion and hand-over were achieved as promised.
We would recommend the Leisure Pools North Brisbane team to anyone considering getting a pool.

We used Taylor & Emma from Brisbane Northside. They have great communication and pricing included so many more extras that other companies excluded. Price was good, and turn around time was quick. Their work was done in 2 weeks, and Taylor dropped off some pool toys for the kids when it was finished which they loved.

Taylor and the team were awesome from beginning to end. The kids have been in the pool every day since handover. Would highly recommend to anyone. (Thirty words is lot)

Talked to 4 different Pools companies. We had never had a pool and wanted to get it right and really compare apples with apples. Nepean pools were not that helpful in explaining things and were quite negative and 'matter of fact...we can't do this, you can't put it there' about our backyard and really only wanted to put a pool and a bond beam in. No paving options, no landscaping company, they just weren't very helpful, although we really liked their pool model. Then came across a local builder, who installed Masterbuilt Pools. Not much info on...

The actual leisure pools manufacturing side is awesome staff are very professional and pleasent to deal with pools is used slot throughout summer and the colour changing lights are awesome of a night time

We were one of the customers affected by the pool builder who defrauded us all. Leisure Pools South Brisbane (Steve Smith and team) stepped in and honoured the original contract, despite not being obliged to, and we can't thank them enough for their desire to do right by their customers. Also thanks to Jim from Leisure Pools Toowoomba and Nic the pool builder who was outstanding and unbelievably helpful.

We've recently had our Platinum Plunge pool installed by Leisure Pools North Brisbane. From start to finish the process has been smooth & professional. Taylor, the owner was available whenever we had questions & always gave us honest answers to any questions or queries we had. Nothing was a problem at all. Emma in the office was a delight to deal with, was prompt & efficient everytime i called. We recommend Leisure Pools North Brisbane to anyone making the tough decisision who to build their pool. Excellent service, deadlines met everytime. Very glad we chose LPNB.

We were caught up in the scam from a prior contractor and lost our money.
