Ordered 2 mirrors online in November. The system said they were available. Then told delivery end of December. Then told January. Then in February was told they're ready for dispatch. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Emailed them and got an automated reply saying to be patient because they're busy and to expect a reply within 3-5 business days. Literally the worst online experience I've ever had. 14 emails later I have little faith in actually receiving my order and have requested a refund. Would not order from Life Interiors ever again.

Really happy with the Pebble Table Lamp, Elegant and modern, looks beautiful of my sideboard, very high end quality and good customer follow-up, had email alert when item was being delivered and follow-up texts on delivery time.

Terrible service - if you can get it from another website I would

Appalling online store fulfilment and management of in stock dates
2 months and numerous phones to receive 2 lamps I could have ordered from an number of other websites
When they finally arrived into the warehouse they posted them 2 days before Christmas with 5-7 day lead time. I live 20 mins away!
Basic customer service is absolutely lacking
Will never purchase from this company again

Poor quality products

Poor quality product. We purchased 5 stools and only lasted 1 and half years. My sister brought the same and hers lasted just over 12 months. They look good but are faulty and a safety issue which is extremely disappointing. I should also point out we needed the legs replaced on majority of them as they were marked from the packaging as soon as we got them. We were told to pick out which legs were good enough to keep and the rest they would replace. We now have to spend more money to replace them. I wouldn't purchase through them again.

Great chair

The pictures of the chair on the website don't do it justice. It was a rich teal colour, good fit and comfortable and really sturdy (especially for a bigger guy).

Misleading times - still waiting after 2 months

I ordered two pieces of furniture. One item said in stock 4-5 weeks delivery. I’m still waiting for both items after 9 weeks. I always have to chase the company. I do not receive updates, ever, on the status of my delivery. Life Interiors has had $1500 of mine for the past two months- perhaps I can ask for interest?

Inferior product & failed delivery

I bought a mirror which came late after the delivery failed to show when promised. Life Interiors didn't advise us of the failed delivery then blamed the delivery company who apparently didn't advise them. The mirror came with uneven fixings mounted on the back so I had to hire a professional to rehang the fixings! Beware sales items and reliable deliveries.

The product itself is nothing special a simple side table that took a very long time to be delivered that could of come from Ikea. I was called twice prior to the delivery and was told Tuesday, never heard anything from them after that until D day, I had to call them at 2pm for them to say before 5 most definitely, 5 rolls around no table I call them up and speak to a arrogant customer service representative who seemed uninterested in the whole conversation. I mean come on people step up your customer service!

Great company to deal with and quality product

I bought a few things recently online. The stools that arrived are great quality for the rather cheap price and I am exceptionally happy with them and have had many comments about them. Unfortunately after the purchase however, I was advised that some items were not in stock and had a lengthy lead time. Not uncommon as it was over Christmas time and it is a furniture store and lead times are perfectly normal. I was offered the choice of a refund or a discount incentive and credit note for further purchases which I found very generous. Communication with staff via email was always very prompt and polite. Besides the long lead times on a couple of items - I am very happy with my dealings with Life Interiors.
