Lily Homes built our first home and we couldn't be happier about the result. Organized documentation step by step, great support in each area as well as great customer service from Paul & Sarah along the way. Recommend 100%. We purchased a home and land package, mostly standard inclusions. Happy to say the inclusions are so good and complete that no need to upgrade in most cases.

Well I am a person who don't write reviews however I ought to write one for Lily Home and the Company CEO Vince Camera. My project was is deep trouble as my original builder withdrew from the project after doing the GF slab and partial frame work, after wasting one full year. I was advised by Lily Homes Sales to contact Vince to explain my case. Vince was very cooperative and replied each email with utmost professionalism and answered all my questions. Once the contract was signed there was no looking back. The site supervisor Rob Wehbe was greatly pragmatic person. They took slightly longer than anticipated however wrapped it up quite well in the end. In all great company to build.

What a great experience we had building with Lily Homes. Whenever we needed to speak to the office or to our site supervisor our calls were answered promptly, and emails responded to within a few hours at most. We built a custom design, and Lily worked with us to give us the home we wanted. They were very competitive on price as well. Our build was SUCH an enjoyable experience. House was built in 17 weeks, and seemed every day they were working on it. Would recommend Lily Homes to family, friends and anyone else wanting a good quality build, with a company that provides exceptional service and attention to detail.

This is the second time we are building with Lily homes, all it starts from Daniel wonderful support from the beginning to the end, site supervisor to customer support is very helpful and each stage they are updating and keep us informing. the quality is very good, and they are flexible and allowed us to do our own Alarm system and ducted vacuum.

We bought a house package located in Colebee from Lilyhomes two years ago. Finally we settled into the house on September last year. Two weeks ago the roof was leaking from the horrible rain, we contacted emergency maintenance department via email, someone came to check and since that time nobody has come to fix the problem. I sent emails to check, unfortunately nobody reply to us either. We are feeling very disappointed about the house's quality and customer service. We are also concerned about the weather, if the rain comes again, what do we do with the leaking roof.

We chose Lily homes as they had the design we were looking for. We built single storey house with granny flat. Sales staff were very good, customer friendly and promptly replied/responded to the queries. Site Supervisor was good, answered the queries, kept us updated on the progress. Workmanship was good. We got a beautiful house in the end. Build process was smooth and good. They have updated this design and the newer design is better.

When every affordable project builder is rigid and inflexible, it was such a relief to find a low cost builder willing to take on your own design rather than forcing you to fit your preferences into their own standard plans. We had our custom design quoted by a few independent builders and they were all much higher in cost. Lily Homes took our design and made it a reality, which was vital for us to get approval in a special character area where the Council required a specific style of façcade. We had an independent building inspector assess the build at frame stage and again upon completion and even he was pleasantly surprised.

Very happy with the building stage, our house it was completed in 5 months and was of an excellent standard. Our site supervisor was fantastic and easy to communicate with, he got the job done efficiently, he followed up on our concerns and rectified minor mistakes picked up in the walk through quickly. The paper work side of things between signing tender and the build commencing was slow taking approximately 6 months and not as efficient as I would of liked.
