Not worth using online shopping...

I placed an order on 2nd May for Mothers Day and after not being able to track it by 13th May I contacted customer services to be told it could not be filled because there were non available in NSW, but they could search interstate if I wished. This is now 3 days AFTER Mothers Day. Amazingly I ordered the same product from Petersham Liquor Mart that night and it arrived 2 days later. That's what I call good customer service.

Absolute time wasters. After submitting your order they make you send a copy of your drivers licence and credit card. I did as they asked, email successfully sent. Followed up a few days later with a new email, no response. 1 week later I got an email from them saying my order was cancelled because I hadnt sent them my DL and CC photos. Customer service say they have the same problem with a lot of customers but they dont know how to fix it.
Just stick with Dan Murphys.

Click and collect during pandemic.
Selected a non alcoholic wine by mistake; because it was not clearly identified on the website. No warning on checkout or when picking up from store. Only noticed on tasting. Easy mistake. Nasty surprise.
Emailed customer service; no response
Returned to the store; no offer of replacement or refund. Apparently can’t do anything... Won’t be returning.

Click and collect doesn't work. Arrived at store to be told C&C not working. No apology. Just go away and request a refund... so I did. Complete waste of time

Order submitted online on the 23rd, March 2020 with the expectation it would be here well and truly before Easter. What a joke that was. Tracking Number supplied and checked it every day to see the progress. Easter come and went and still the tracking indicator had not moved. It had not even been checked into the Post office for transport. Many phone calls and e-mails went unanswered or ignored. The parcel arrived today and that was out of the blue. You cannot blame Covid-19 for this. Ignoring the Customer is just rude and not a way to conduct a business. They even had the cheek to change the Invoice date from the 23rd. March to the 5th April....fortunately the purchase was conducted through PayPal and I have records.

The thing that makes this experience worse, is the constant lies from the customer service reps. 3 different operators feeding me 3 different stories to get me off the phone. Can’t get an honest response from anyone there. They are happy to hold on to my money though!

Terrible service

Order number 59151104, placed at 11:52am, Sunday 29 March 2020.
30 min click and collect. Advised I would receive an SMS when ready to collect from Gwelup store.
Weds 8 April 2020 and still no SMS. Called the Gwelup store only to be told that they had no record of the order. Poor customer service and general disinterest from the store. Initially advised me to phone their head office but then said they would look into it and get back to me. No apology offered.

It was advertised free delivery (30min) on purchases over 150$ Now it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my order and can not get in touch with anyone. Worst customer service ever. I will make a complaint to ombudsmen ASAP. I was promised that I get my order in half an hr then received an email that it has to Changed to 7days instead since online orders are high in demand.

Fraud online..Paid 20 days before ..No delivery!!!

I purchased 240 dollars of wine 20 days ago. No delivery since then. I spend days on the phone to try to follow up my order but the only message I get: please hold on the line and we will answer shortly.. No one answer for the last week. Very disappointed and very different from dan murphy that delivery in just 24 hours!!! Please don't buy with this company!!!

Disgraceful - 3 Days Waiting for my order

Ordered online, website states 30 minutes for click and collect orders, 3 days with no update, they don't answer their 1300 number, the SMS service gives no reply, take your money for ransom and then you get it when you get it (they continue to accept orders with no warning on the website), they are blaming Corona virus yet everyone else is fulfilling orders, this was a click and collect BTW so no excuse, go to Dan Murphy's!

60 minute Click and Collect service... Rubbish!
This service is very hit and miss, some times it takes hours or even the next day to get the "Order Ready" email, when all the advertising hype on the website states 60 minutes.
The website allows you to order items that are not in stock and you only find this out when you get to the store. It took nearly a week to get a bottle of Grants scotch whiskey last week!
Staff at the stores have no problem telling you how much they hate click and collect, which shows Liquorland have a serious problem. Click and Collect is a great idea but very poorly executed by Liquorland.

Paid for item but no delivery

OMG!!!! Place an online order and receive a tax invoice showing correct order and payment amount. Turn up at the store and they only have record of $44 of a $116 order. I show them the tax invoice as well as the PayPal transaction but this is still not enough to prove to them that their store record is incorrect. I spend the next 30 minutes on the phone to Liquorland sorting out the problem which they finally acknowledged was theirs. Truly $&:/)!& amazing! Not once was I made to feel like I was the customer. Never again!

Substituted 3 bottles with cheaper wine

Ordered a dozen Margaret river Chardonnay. It arrived with 9 bottles of Chardonnay as ordered and 3 bottles of cheap NZ sav Blanc. Must’ve run out of stock and bunged in nearest bottle they could find. Complained and it’s up to me to return the fraudulently included wine with no compensation offered. Won’t be using again.

Do not care about customers, Hawthorn store in Melbourne, Mia would not assist me and would not allow me to speak to the manager Dan, even when I said that i would cancel my $980 order. They say on line that you get a free delivery for orders above $150 however they refused to give me a free delivery and happy to cancel my order and refund my money. Can you believe it!! I ordered from Dan Murphys much cheaper and lovely people to deal with. Do yourself a favour and dont bother with Liquorland.

What is going on with click and collect?

For 2 days now, I have attempted to place a click and collect online order with Liquorland. Placing order was all OK, but delivery is the issue. I entered my 4051 Alderley postcode (and today 4053 Everton Park hoping it would work) and the ONLY pickup location (for Sat and Sun) provided for me to Select was Logan - way way over the other side of the city. When I sought help, there is NO email address, just a phone number not open now. How many sales has Liquorland lost this weekend with this online website error? I will now have to purchase in store - which raises the question as to why there is an online click and collect option. I have also lost 2000 Flybuys points as I could not order online.

I will never do another click and collect from LL. They sent me an email asking me to scan my credit card and licence before they can release my order, um what!?? This was almost two whole days after I placed my order.. Sorry but what if I required my order on the same day or the day after? Much MUCH easier to walk into the store and pick it up yourself. Waste of time.

Why am I always having trouble with my password when I log in? LL tells me I have forgotten pword. So I generate a new one ( via LL system). Then to proceed to raise new pword I have 3 boxes to fill. The first is the generated pword. The second box is my choice of pword. The third is the confirmation of pword. AND then I press the magic button.
AND THEN> GET THIS
The LL system tells me I have just a generated pword... THEN how do I enter into my account?
I await a reply from an internerd tech savy LL staff member.
