Currimundi liquorland

At Currimundi liquorland in front of the Currimundi pub...It’s a great shop to either go into or drive through. Always happy helpful staff. I try to shop local and the team there make it worth the support. I would recommend this particular liquorland to anybody.

Ordered 8 days ago and hasn’t even been shipped let alone delivered. Would never ever deal with them again. If I could give no stars I would. Not good enough Liquorland

Same suburb delivery service takes longer than an international parcel, sent by boat!

Stated that delivery due within 7 days, however 2 weeks and no sign of my purchase. Cannot get hold of anyone on phone to get an update. I had to make a rushed online purchase from Dan Murphys as The Easter long weekend approaching in a few days, and presto, delivered next day. Wish I had read the earlier reviews, never again! Prices weren’t that great after all (as I found out from my rushed purchase).

Terrible service

Order number 59151104, placed at 11:52am, Sunday 29 March 2020.
30 min click and collect. Advised I would receive an SMS when ready to collect from Gwelup store.
Weds 8 April 2020 and still no SMS. Called the Gwelup store only to be told that they had no record of the order. Poor customer service and general disinterest from the store. Initially advised me to phone their head office but then said they would look into it and get back to me. No apology offered.

It was advertised free delivery (30min) on purchases over 150$ Now it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my order and can not get in touch with anyone. Worst customer service ever. I will make a complaint to ombudsmen ASAP. I was promised that I get my order in half an hr then received an email that it has to Changed to 7days instead since online orders are high in demand.

Fraud online..Paid 20 days before ..No delivery!!!

I purchased 240 dollars of wine 20 days ago. No delivery since then. I spend days on the phone to try to follow up my order but the only message I get: please hold on the line and we will answer shortly.. No one answer for the last week. Very disappointed and very different from dan murphy that delivery in just 24 hours!!! Please don't buy with this company!!!

Disgraceful - 3 Days Waiting for my order

Ordered online, website states 30 minutes for click and collect orders, 3 days with no update, they don't answer their 1300 number, the SMS service gives no reply, take your money for ransom and then you get it when you get it (they continue to accept orders with no warning on the website), they are blaming Corona virus yet everyone else is fulfilling orders, this was a click and collect BTW so no excuse, go to Dan Murphy's!

Kings Cross NSW 2011 Liquorland

Tuesday, 10th March. What a pleasure it is to deal with the gentleman from Nepal at Kings Cross NSW 2011. He is always friendly & knows exactly which product I drink each time. Always offered a receipt & asked if I want anything else before completing the transaction. I think he is mainly there during the day Monday to Friday. I have previously walked out before because of the offhand service or lack of it from other staff. Very well done. Prices are slightly higher than BWS but that isn't a great concern. Wonderful friendly service. My purchase is usually large Gordon's Gin whenever on special !!!!

60 minute Click and Collect service... Rubbish!
This service is very hit and miss, some times it takes hours or even the next day to get the "Order Ready" email, when all the advertising hype on the website states 60 minutes.
The website allows you to order items that are not in stock and you only find this out when you get to the store. It took nearly a week to get a bottle of Grants scotch whiskey last week!
Staff at the stores have no problem telling you how much they hate click and collect, which shows Liquorland have a serious problem. Click and Collect is a great idea but very poorly executed by Liquorland.

Paid for item but no delivery

OMG!!!! Place an online order and receive a tax invoice showing correct order and payment amount. Turn up at the store and they only have record of $44 of a $116 order. I show them the tax invoice as well as the PayPal transaction but this is still not enough to prove to them that their store record is incorrect. I spend the next 30 minutes on the phone to Liquorland sorting out the problem which they finally acknowledged was theirs. Truly $&:/)!& amazing! Not once was I made to feel like I was the customer. Never again!

Substituted 3 bottles with cheaper wine

Ordered a dozen Margaret river Chardonnay. It arrived with 9 bottles of Chardonnay as ordered and 3 bottles of cheap NZ sav Blanc. Must’ve run out of stock and bunged in nearest bottle they could find. Complained and it’s up to me to return the fraudulently included wine with no compensation offered. Won’t be using again.

over here in the West I have been told by Liquorland employees that the item I went into purchase even though it is advertised they don't carry two stores I went too. They explained that they had to cut what they carried and even though it is advertised this doesn't apply to WA only the Eastern States. How poor is that. I wont go back to Liquorland ever and now buy my liquor from Aldi. Lift your game by the way your staff expressed to me that there have been alot of complaints. Are you closing down your stores as you dont seem very competitive.

Do not care about customers, Hawthorn store in Melbourne, Mia would not assist me and would not allow me to speak to the manager Dan, even when I said that i would cancel my $980 order. They say on line that you get a free delivery for orders above $150 however they refused to give me a free delivery and happy to cancel my order and refund my money. Can you believe it!! I ordered from Dan Murphys much cheaper and lovely people to deal with. Do yourself a favour and dont bother with Liquorland.

Click and collect totally useless at Clemton Park store. Notified to pick up my item yet had to wait 30 minutes as store was closed, with 'we'll be back' sign.

Coomera store - Gold Coast. Website says collect within 30 min. Took 24 hrs to get text. When I arrived nothing was bagged ready and just thrown in one box. (24 bottles were ordered). Luckily checked the order (prompted by such bad service) and only 20 in box. NEVER AGAIN!

The purported 'Specials' are generally available for $17/$19 and $24/$26 respectively elsewhere, including cellar door. BUT $22 and $38 are certainly 'special' prices!
Liquorland are trying to make the banks look good!

Why am I always having trouble with my password when I log in? LL tells me I have forgotten pword. So I generate a new one ( via LL system). Then to proceed to raise new pword I have 3 boxes to fill. The first is the generated pword. The second box is my choice of pword. The third is the confirmation of pword. AND then I press the magic button.
AND THEN> GET THIS
The LL system tells me I have just a generated pword... THEN how do I enter into my account?
I await a reply from an internerd tech savy LL staff member.

Hi Teena,
I tried to complain to the Coles store manager, only to be told Liquorland is a separate business to Coles. I would suggest you to go to the Liquorland website and see if they have a link to make a complaint/comment. Good luck.
