Just ordered a case of lashes. I live in Sydney. Looked at tracking, Beer is being shipped from Perth ??? No wonder it takes so long. Same happened last delivery, but this time was shipped from Brisbane. Seriously you don't have any cases of lashes in Sydney or don't have a delivery warehouse in Sydney are you mad? The beer is brewed in Sydney, why ship it to Perth and then ship it back again. Makes no sense. But then is its run by Coles so not surprised. Do instore pickup so you don't waste your time or order from a trusted retailer that knows how to deliver.

Took 5 days just to dispatch the drinks. Now being told it will take up to 10 days for delivery. Who wants to wait that long for delivery of beer and wine? They shouldn't be in the online delivery business. Buy from Dan's.
Ordered on Sept 13, immediately got receipt from Paypal but nothing acknowledging order from Liquorland.. Tracking info. Sept. 16 states order "booked for delivery at Sunshine West". Since then, order has not been delivered and I have heard nothing about the progress of the process.

2-3 week delivery times is unacceptable for an online liquor store. Your competitors (BWS and others) can do same-day deliveries or deliveries within a week. Don’t use the pandemic as an excuse. When ordering, provide a realistic timeframe.

I placed an order online for bottles, but their online website said 2 for $25 with the price of $25 for the bottle. so I placed 1, thinking I was placed 1 set of 2 bottles When I received the bottles, it was only 1 bottle. I was confused with their website, wanted to return the bottle, and re-order for 2 bottles, they didn’t accept it. I felt to be fooled by their website. So, won’t do online again with them.

Would have been zero stars but had to put 1 to submit…been to several liquorland stores over past few week after spending hundreds of $$$$on groceries
Take docket to liquorland to redeem and on over 5 visits always out of stock of these items
This is customer deception and want to let u all know that they have a buy in period to receive these items from suppliers before specials begin
So if run out will not order anymore as then out of buy in costs them more
So stiff trash customers

Ordered 2 bottles of whisky for Dad for Father's Day 27 August. Keeping in mind Father's Day was 5 Sep. The estimated delivery date was 3 Sep, so looking good .... Alas, nothing .... Finally received a text message that delivery was due 13 Sep - that's 17 days after the order, if my maths is right .... Alas, nothing ... Finally, called to complain on 15 Sep ... estimated wait time on the phone 27 minutes, so I opted for a "call back". Alas, nothing. Called later the next day, again estimated wait time on the phone 29 minutes. This time I waited. After 20 mins, I had a good whinge. Delivery the next day. Lesson - whinge sooner. I will never use this "service" again. I would die of thirst waiting ....

Order never arrived so I rang up and had to wait 2 hours for a return call and then told the order had never been sent and told that they would send it and give me a $10 voucher . I waited another 2 days and heard nothing then I rang them again and waited about 3 hours then they did not even have the decency to call me back and text message me to tell me they had run out and they will refund me and I'm still waiting for my voucher thank you very much. ☹️

Ordered 4 weeks ago and still waiting. First order was ‘lost in transit’ and with second order the driver tried to deliver it to a shop rather than my home address! Called to try to find out when I might get the goods I have paid for and they said tonight. Requested a refund and they tried to get me off the phone. Still dont have the order I paid for. Never order from this shop. Poor customer service and won’t deliver what you paid for.

So ordered something on the the 4th of September 2021. Was stuck in Isolation and I thought a delivery in these trying times would be awesome. Anyway I finally got my wife to contact them on the 13th of September asking what's going on. Simple response of yeah sorry it's still in the warehouse. Anyway after been angry all day I got the wife to ring up again and cancel order. Seriously I had others deliver me my goods within an hour. This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had. I'm sick of all the excuses everyone has now. Sorry but due to Covid a greater number of online orders. What did you think was going to happen? Not good enough save yourself the trouble and order from Dan's!
Misrepresentation about home delivery. Used this service twice. On both occasions there was no attempt to deliver to my home address, despite waiting home to receive. They just deliver to a nearby post office and if you don’t use that PO it gets redirected. Our most recent order - three items - was made 18 August and we are still waiting for item 3.
Never again.

Being in an area of concern in Sydney, we decided to do the right thing and order online for delivery. On 16th August we placed our order. By 23rd still no delivery so I called and was told that 1 item was out of stock. I told her to delete that item and she apologised that we hadn't been contacted about this. She then put a rush on the order. On 25th I had to call again as the tracking number seemed to indicate it was coming from interstate. I was informed it was coming from WA and he apologised that again I hadn't be informed of this. At this...
Read more point I cancelled the order. On 3rd September I had to call again as I still haven't received the refund. I could have done click and collect to pick up the next day. I will never use Liquorland again. I have done Dan Murphy orders click and collect ready in 30 minutes. Refund is still pending.I ordered next day delivery - got the tracking info through Star Track. Waited until 10pm. Never arrived. I then get an email after 10pm saying they attempted delivery when that wasn't true. Called to chase up delivery but no-one picks up the phone. Emailed - no reply after a week. Even tried them on Facebook - nothing.
Tracking was just stuck at 'attempted delivery' and that was it. Luckily I ordered through paypal and managed to dispute it directly with Paypal for a refund, which came back to me a couple of days later. Absolutely useless. Do not buy online as they can't deliver the service! Stick to Dan Murphy's instead.

Ordered online and waited a week. Was advised to wait another week. Was then advised my order would take up to another week at which point I got a refund. I cannot confirm if I would have ever received alcohol. In that same time I have ordered and received goods from about a dozen different places.

Order the liquor online on 28/08/21 it said expected deliver on 30/08/21 That's why I thought it's ok. Then they send a message say expected delivery 03/09/21. But today is 10/09/21 still no confirmation that it will be arrived. I've bought many things online after liquorland but they all have arrived from Auspost and other company but not from liquorland. Worst experience ever, never ask them to deliver again in my life time. I thought I bought the drink to drink now not for Xmas. God help me, I'm asking them for a refund
1. Stock marked in stock is not...
2. Address for delivery does not give enough room.
3. Deliveries only 6pm to 9pm - what if it's to a company during work hours...
Happens again and again. Used LLand at least 20 times in last 20 months, but 9 out of 20 orders have had one of the above as a stuff up.
Re commend you call a bottle store and pay them to deliver .
No more LL orders for me.

I have been waiting since the 24/8 for my delivery. I called today to find out where it was and despite receiving an email to say it was coming today, the call centre person said it wouldn't be delivered for another 7 days. Why didn't I go and do click and collect it was 5 mins away! Don't use the delivery service, its terrible.

Really wish I had read the reviews first. Never, ever again. Made an order this morning and paid premium for same day delivery. It's now 10pm and all I get on the tracking is it's on its way. BWS is so much more professional. Can get the order cold within an hour or next delivery is free. Liquorland you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is not good business relations

What bright spark at corporate decided it's a good idea to use Australia Post to do liquor deliveries during a lockdown? I've been waiting more than a week for whiskey! BWS does one hour delivery using third party delivery partners. Australia post! Seriously? Why bother having an online store at all?
Ordered 6/8 and still not received on 24/8. First they said they lost the order. The last notice I received on the 20/8 it was with Aust Post and should be here 23/8 or 24/8 still not arrived. So cancelled. See how long it takes for my refund
As you will read in many other reviews, beware getting your orders delivered from Liquorland. I have been waiting for a simple beer order for 10 days with no update despite the claim it would arrive "In 2 - 5 business days, Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm"

Ordered on Saturday morning, did not receive order until following Tuesday... Nearly 10 days, from local store.. Never again..Bws service much much better
I placed an order with Liquorland on 27/7. On the 4/8 (after 8 days of placing that order) I was told two items were no longer available. I am sure they were available when the order was placed. On 9/8 I was told the order was finally on its way and it was finally delivered 14/8!!
I am extremely disappointed that a simple order can go so wrong.
When the order finally arrived it was labelled as being sent from Victoria to Sydney. The Liquorland website states that ‘for Metro areas - order anytime and the delivery will be in 2 – 5 days.’ This is completely inaccurate.
These websites should be updated to reflect the long waiting time that I am sure everyone is experiencing. I have waited 17 days for a standard delivery.

Read moreged in transit. Apparently the replacement was never sent and had to call in again to ask why no order received. Wow, guess what! it was never sent, order just waiting for me to ring in a complain! Complete and utter incompetency. These people couldn't organize in their own warehouse. (note: this is not the only time this has happened to me with Liquorland, wont be using them again).
