I ordered a same day delivery order at 8am, with delivery hours being 6pm-9pm, which is inconvenient in the first place - who wants a delivery at 9pm, especially when living with shift workers who NEED to sleep??? It is now past 9pm and I have not received my order. I paid $15 for same day delivery when I could have gotten free standard delivery as my order was over $100 (standard is 8 days delivery time). Read morent a message multiple hours later saying that they had run out of stock of that product. I have not received my refund for this order yet. Also, their customer service call centre conveniently closes at 9pm so when I called to ask for a refund on the delivery order I couldn’t. The only reason I ordered delivery was because one product was unavailable for click and collect and it was not worth it. Absolutely a scam, I regret not reading the reviews for their delivery service before ordering.

I order few beer and wine on 22 Dec 2021 and received 1 out of 2 box on 30 Dec. The second box never arrived and I asked them to refund me 4 times so far but they have never given me the refund.

I would never use this crappy service. Placed an order arrived at store after receiving text message confirming order is ready for collection. Unable to locate the order and claims it’s missing. Refund will take almost 60 days to process. No apology no acknowledgment of incompetence.

I ordered some beverages, to have for christmas on the 13th December, and the delivery date quoted was the 20th Dec so a few days buffer, then I got a notice it was delayed to the 23rd, again I had allowed for a delay no problems. I actually got the delivery on the 21/12 which is great, unfortunately a bottle of Scotch was missing, which was a Christmas present. Called customer service to be told they would need to investigate at the store who sent it and they would get back to me and that could take 3 days (so up to Christmas eve) ...well I do...
Read moren't care it was sent from a store I bought it from Liquourland Online not a store and by the time that had happened Christmas would be passed and no bottle, I put on my stern voice and explained the situation and asked for a refund so I could now go to a bottle shop (which I should have done in the first place) and buy it before Christmas. He put me on hold and came back and said that he would process the refund for me. I asked him to email me that the refund had gone through, he said he did not have email...in this age? Really? first time ordering online. Ordered on 9 December for a function on 17th - nothing arrived despite a request to change my order to a click and collect which was refused. After enquiring further on delivery time I was advised between 3 and 5 business days. Order received 20 December and then only received half. Really upset to say the least and having to go out and respend to get what I needed. Really disappointed.

I placed an order for a box of wine which I plan to hand out to friends for Christmas, the online shop had a promo on Black Friday. Almost a month on and I am still waiting for the delivery, I checked my AusPost app and it says it's on its way to Pakenham. There is a liquorland less than a km from me. I could have picked it up myself but because I won't be drinking them and won't be needing them till just before Christmas, I thought there will be ample time for it to get to me. Here we are, 10 days before Christmas and still waiting for a delivery that says it's scheduled to be delivered on the 24th *face palm. Never order online for delivery from them. This is the worst service.

I ordered thinking it would be sent straight away, then find out 5 days later only one out of my three purchases is booked for delivery and has not moved from being booked for three days, I doubt if I will get my order in time for Christmas! I will never use liquorland online again!

I order from 06/12, I should get 07/12 between 6pm - 9pm on that day but no delivery!
So disappointed for first time
No order anymore and not recommend with delivery.

This would have to be the absolute worst online ordering experience I have ever encountered. I paid for next day delivery to my BUSNESS address, only to find that these muppets use Australia Post on demand as their courier. Really?? And the delivery windows are 6pm-9pm which they do NOT tell you at check out. So of course I missed the delivery when it arrived. I paid $15 for a delivery within 1 day, the scheduled delivery time was 6-9pm Mon 22 May - It did not arrive at the said time. I closed my gates at 10-20 pm . The next day I tracked the delivery online, it was marked as delivered at 10-05pm (RUBBISH) - it gets worse, now liquorland will not replace the order, you cannot talk to a manager or supervisor or even the same person twice, as they are all working from home and claim they cannot transfer calls. Yet I work in the same situation a call centre and we all work from home and can transfer calls easily !! - DONT order from liquorland. I will never ever order or even buy anything from them again

Order does not show in my account. 4 days later and I do not have confirmation of my order or any other correspondence for that matter. Phoned today and changed from delivery to collect to find store has no stock so forced to cancel order and buy elsewhere because I am not confident it will arrive any time soon and it was for a gift. All I have got from Liquorland is a whole lot of my time wasted for nothing.

Ordered $278 worth on click and collect. Waited 24 hours but no confirmation ready to be collected. Rang the 1300 number and customer support was not sure what the issue as it was referred back to Team and was going to check with Team Leader. Waited 12 mins listening to the music on hold. and then hung up. Rang again was told that the issue is no stock available and my order was then transferred to another store (after they phoned that store and checked stock availability). Spent 10 minutes for resolution.

Having placed and paid for an online order on 22/10, I was pleased to finally see the delivery guy at my door with it on 28/10. Would you believe I only received 1 box of 2 and despite calling Liqourland’s “customer service” number I could not find out where the other box was. I was told to “wait and see if it turns up”. As I leave this review (9/11) I am still “waiting and seeing”.
Just wasted another 20 minutes on the phone with “customer service” to be blatantly told it’s out if their hand and I simply have to wait.

Ordered and paid online via paypal - had reciept, had text message saying its ready, went to go pick it up and i only had ID cards with my name on it only - no photo id unfortunatley. Girl at desk was going to refuse giving my order to me, she had my Receipt in her hand that had my full name on it plus the 3 cards i put in front of her also had with my full name on it . She gave me attidude straight up and pushed my item towards me saying we are not meant to hand it over without photo ID . Wont ever buy from liquorland again after being a repeat customer to that store . Thanks but no thanks, ill go next door!.

Terrible non-delivery and slow in processing refund even after multiple emails and sms chat
Ordered and paid for case of wine on 11 October plus paid extra for next day delivery - Startrack tried to deliver to business address at 7.54 pm the next day even though delivery address had been updated to home address at time of order - in any case why would they attempt delivery at close to 9pm at an office address. Tried to get redirection to my home address with no avail and still waiting for refund 10 days later.

waited 10 days for delivery of case of beer was delegated to Australia post who advised if no one home would be taken to a post office. If I was able to collect from a post office I would not have booked an online delivery in the first place. No mention of this until after they take your money. Never again.

Order two cases of beer 14/9/21, order arrived 8/10/21 after 3 emails requesting an update and two requesting a refund! Do not use there online delivery service. The two cases of beer were sent from Melbourne to Canberra! Go figure! Liquor legends delivered exactly the same order in 1 hour on grand final day!

Ordered a boxed item as a birthday gift and needless to say my package arrived without the box
Should have done my homework and read the reviews....staff at the shop and via telephone was ignorant and did not in the least try and help .
It felt like "now that we've got ur money tough luck "

Ordered a slab online on the 20th September. Today is 7th of October. Still nothing. Back and forth emails saying just wait for delivery. Never again will I using liquorland online. Prolly won't ever in a physical store either. Go elsewhere, plenty of competition.

Silly me - didn't do my due diligence and read these reviews first, did I! Thought it was a local delivery until I received my invoice - 11 days delivery!! and guessing that will blow out further. Once bitten, Liquorland! Local shops disown them!

Every time I go on line I have to go through the reset password crap. Every time my wife goes through the online store she has to do the same. Their 'temporary' password doesn't work, ever. Whoever designed and manages this site should be publicly flogged, because they are useless. What should be an east transaction wastes an hour of my time, every time.

Just ordered a case of lashes. I live in Sydney. Looked at tracking, Beer is being shipped from Perth ??? No wonder it takes so long. Same happened last delivery, but this time was shipped from Brisbane. Seriously you don't have any cases of lashes in Sydney or don't have a delivery warehouse in Sydney are you mad? The beer is brewed in Sydney, why ship it to Perth and then ship it back again. Makes no sense. But then is its run by Coles so not surprised. Do instore pickup so you don't waste your time or order from a trusted retailer that knows how to deliver.

Read moreged in transit. Apparently the replacement was never sent and had to call in again to ask why no order received. Wow, guess what! it was never sent, order just waiting for me to ring in a complain! Complete and utter incompetency. These people couldn't organize in their own warehouse. (note: this is not the only time this has happened to me with Liquorland, wont be using them again).Extra Information
