Mazda Essendon Fields
One of very few dealerships that are open on a Sunday. Concierge lady was quite rude not very welcoming but the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The sales person was a little pushy though. Purchased a Mazda CX-5 and just couldn’t be happier with it.

Rolfe Mazda Belconnen - Honestly the best sales experience ever!
We were looking for a vehicle to replace our 10 year old car. As part of our research, we decided to drive every vehicle we could. Most dealers were extremely helpful, but one stood out above the others.
Alex from Rolfe Mazda was extremely helpful and friendly and took a lot of time to explain the products to us. Once we decided on Mazda, we found the sales process to be pressure free and very helpful. We recieved a very fair trade in price for our car and were able to negotiate a good change over on the new vehicle. We found the entire staff t...

Great experience at Ringwood Mazda
It was a great experience dealing with Nick at Ringwood Mazda. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. He was eager to get my business but not being pushy. He called a few days after I’d picked up my new car to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great service +++

Avoid Ryde Mazda
I booked a service in Ryde Mazda for windscreen wipe recall at 1 pm 29/8/2019.
I arrived at 1 pm and the staff drove my car to the workspace after around 5 minutes.
Then I waited in the waiting room. At about 1:45, I noticed that my car was parked in the parking lot. I thought it was waiting for the service. After 40 mins, two group of customers arrived after me collected their cars and my car was still parked at the same place 40 mins before. I waited another 15 mins and then approached to the front desk, asking the staff whether my car was ...
Read moreready to pick up or was still waiting for service. The guy who took my key said the work was done and he needed to do some paperwork. This means the car is ready to pick up 55 mins earlier when I noticed it was parked outside. I told them I have been waiting for 40 mins when the car is parked outside. The guy said he had to do the paperwork, there were other customers. I got several questions. 1. What kind of paper work need 55 mins to do? 2. Why the customers came after me collected their cars before me? Shouldn't my paper be done before them? What do you feel when the following is happening to you? The staff came to the waiting room telling a lady arrived after you that her car was ready. Then the staff drove the car from the work space to the parking lot and handed the lady her key. The paperwork is already done when the staff is washing the car after service!!! What happened to you is you are waiting in the waiting room staring at your car parked in the parking lot for 55 mins.
service bt50
The service of my ute was 1st class the service very good and value for money for its 1st service 15000 . I was pleased all in areas. Plwase let them know to keep up the great service
Warranty void after original tyres replaced.
BT50 had 12,000ks on the clock and the ABS sensor cable wore through from rubbing causing the ABS, Drivetrain and Traction Control fault lights to come on. Once this happened also had no cruise control, I booked it in thinking warranty would cover the car as it’s only one year old with 12,000ks and was told that warranty doesn’t cover this as they aren’t the original tyres. I had a very hard time even talking to someone at the dealership and chased it up with Mazda Melbourne which took a few phone calls to finally get an answer as to why it was...
Read moren’t covered by warranty. The tyres that replaced the original tyres are the same size on the original rims but an all terrain tyre so it appears Mazda will dodge any warranty claims possible if they can find an excuse. I am hoping the change from Toyota to Mazda will not be one I regret.Mazda Artarmon
Just brought a CX5 2022 from Mazda Artamon and I really impressed with the Pre and after sales services that they have. The dealer is nicely set, friendly and down to earth atmosphere and more importantly none of those trying to tie you into a contract on the spot.
If you interested in purchase a Mazda, i recommend you to ask for a sales consultant by the name of Najib Nazar. He is good in what he does, has excellent product knowledge, outstanding customer service and would go out of his way to get the best deal for you. As for the car, it's only been 2 weeks so too early to tell but it's perform very well so far so no complaint yet.

Making money out of small print!!
We signed a deal with Werribee Mazda for a new car CX 5 Max Sport and paid a deposit.
We were given a copy of our contract
Which states 3days cooling off period also states there will be penalty $400.00 or 2% of purchase price. Due to unavoidable circumstances we had to cancel the deal less than 24hrs .
Issue is Werribee Mazda is refusing to refund our deposit in full. They want to charge us 2% of our purchase price.
We have approached the branch manager but no compensation has been offered
Really dissatisfied and disappointed with level of service from such a reputable car company.
Why give 3 days cooling off period and charge a ransom?
Be aware friends!!

It Was Okay
I think I was expecting something else after reading some reviews on here.
The buying experience was okay, but never really genuine. It all felt a bit plastic and fake. Just a bunch of smooth talking sales people who were always in a rush.
I walked away from the whole thing feeling a bit meh, and a bit ripped off on the price. But hey, live and learn for next time.

Wonderful service from the sales team at Artarmon Mazda
After 10 years we thought that we may deserve a newer car. We saw a car advertised on the internet and spent a Sunday afternoon driving across Sydney to check out the information. Being a cynic I thought it would just result in a nice weekend drive. Low and behold the information was correct but better still was the way the New Car Salesman Naj and Sales Manager Ian treated us. They understood our requirements and were keen for a good outcome for us in particular and not totally focused on the sale.
We've now taken delivery of a new Mazda CX5 ...

Excellent
Just recieved my new car today - delivered to my home by Nathan from Parkland Mazda W.A. I highly recommend dealing with Nathan. Very helpful and professional and made my purchase a very easy procedure. Thanks Nathan for all your help.
Very very satisfied.
I found Naj, Leslie, Kieran and all the staff polite, helpful, happy and obliging at all times. I could not be happier about the service at Mazda Artarmon. Thank you all .
Great service artarmon mazda- thanks Andrew Jones in sales and the service team
I’ve been a Mazda customer since purchasing my mazda 3 sedan on 2014. I moved from Sydney to the central coast some time ago but still used artarmon mazda service for servicing the car.
Their service and assistance ( in particular Steph and Derrin) was the only reason I went back to the Artarmon showroom to purchase my new CX5- even though it would have been more convenient for me to purchase from a local dealer.
I was delighted with the service I received from Andrew Jones. The whole process was simple and pleasant and went smoothly. So o...
NO BRAKES FROM MAZDA AFTER MAJOR SERVICE
I had a major service today at Penfold Mazda in Victoria. They were courteous in store, but on driving out of the repair shop, I noticed my brake pedal was almost on the floor before the brakes engaged. I didn't realise at the time, that I had no brakes. Not understanding cars I thought they are readjusted them. I rang my husband VIA bluebooth and he told me to drive back immediately as he thought I had no brake fluid in the line. I rang the service centre and advised them I was coming back. Nobody seemed to be around that knew that I was...
Read more returning. The service agent who did attended me had a test drive and thought the car was OK, but had a 2nd opinion from his colleague who told him that there was something wrong with the brakes. Apparently, there was an air pocket in the line which stopped the new brake fluid getting thru. I believe when you don't bleed the brakes, an air pocket develops which stops the brakes from working when it runs out of fluid. This was a major service, it nearly cost $500. I was extremely disappointed that they had an apprentice/worker who never bled the brakes. It would be a mandatory process to do with checking brakes . So what does the 10 point safety check that they do cover if they don't check the brakes. Very disappointed Penfold Mazda, I won't be back and I will be repeating this post on other forums online. This is Perfect!!
We picked up our Mazda 2 yesterday from Ryde Mazda. I must say that CON ZACHARIAS was AMAZING!! From start to finish he was helpful, full of knowledge & extremely professional. Con took the time to explain everything very clearly & was very patient. I have never experienced such professionalism & kindness when purchasing a vehicle. Extremely polite & went above & beyond. Another point I would like to make is I have never received a car with a bow & balloons. I felt very special. Con we cannot thank you enough!! The rest of the staff were also very friendly. We highly RECOMMEND Ryde Mazda. Thanks again Con for making this a wonderful experience. You’re the best!!

Unprofessional sales executives - Werribee Mazda
I was looking to buy a new car and happened to drop in at Werribee Mazda. The attitude of the sales rep was horrible (for lack of better words). Never seen such a cold attitude from the sales reps.

AVOID
I purchased a Mazda Vehicle in 2015.
I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle.
Mazda Australia claim they look after their customers. They simply don’t.
I have had years of complaints on this vehicle yet their “Field Technical Specialist” can’t find anything wrong apart from a seatbelt that needs replacing (Yet again).
I am continually guaranteed contact from a Case Manager who just doesn’t return calls when promised.
In the last 6 months I’ve had 2 System Malfunctions, SRS AirBag Malfunction, Master Cautions, over 40 consecutive days at the dealership and that claim “No abnormalities were found”

Excellent service
The whole experience were fantastic. Nic Ranieri was brilliant he explained everything, no pressure and encouraged me to try several cars until I found the right one for me. He gave his time and I appreciate that. Nic gave me material to take home and read and introduced me to other members of the team to answer questions. I found everyone very friendly but not pushy. When I did decide what I wanted he made sure I understood how everything worked going through everything on the car. He also introduced me to Stef who was very helpful. Thanks Nic and the team at Mazda Ringwood I am really happy with the purchase and have recommended you to my boss who is also looking at getting a Mazda.

Review on Shannon Brown - Preston Mazda
I recently bought a Mazda 2 Genki from Shannon Brown from Mazda in Preston. Shannon isn't your typical car salesman! He made this process very easy for me with his non-pushy, polite, respectful personality plus he laughed at my jokes lol. He was just a nice bloke, what can I say! I can recommend him highly and don't be afraid to bring a bit of laughter into the mix. After all, its an exciting, happy time buying a new car!! - Lisa
Poor Customer Support...Mazda Dealer
I purchased a new Mazda BT50 from a dealer in Melbourne in 2014, I have looked after it and had it serviced. I am the only driver and the vehicle is clean and the interior is nearly perfect. I noticed last year that the steering wheel started the shed the coating and exposed the inner core of the plastic molding. I took the the vehicle to a local dealer and had to call and visit 3 times before I was actually get an answer, this was even after the service assistant who initially logged my call on the system and promised to get beach to me withi...
Read moren days. The report was made in October 2018. I did not get any call back until, February 2022, and this came from the service manager in the dealership, who promised to take care if the problem for me. He took pictures again, even though this had been done by the previous assistant in service. I put my case very well to the service manager and even took a call from someone in Mazda Australia. The long and the short of the story is that even though they spoke to me and promised to look at a latent defect under extended warranty in the end they refused. They accused me of rough wear and tear on the vehicle and alleged that I did not look after the vehicle. In summary this is very poor service and deficient warranty procedures by Mazda Australia. and Mazda Japan.... I am currently considering a upgrade of my vehicle and unfortunately will give full consideration to all manufacturers in the new car purchase... It s a pity that customers concerns are not fully taken into account.Extra Information
