Service person came out to repair my Vulcan heat bank as it was turning off intermittently. Was charged 230 dollars and now it doesn't ignite at all. When I rang to talk to company they were rude and dismissed my complaint that the heater no longer worked.

Should have search reviews on this company. Foolish enough to give out my credit card details. Came out to fix the air con. Look at it and said it was the compressor issue. No quote. Left and I have done my $239.
Stay away from this rip off company.

Rescheduled twice. Finally came, said he couldn't access the unit and charged $219 to walk out and refuse to do anything.

I lodged a callout with Danicon as the Ducted heating system was not working on the weekend. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They phoned 30 minutes ahead of attending today and the Technician was efficient and pleasant and sorted out the problem in no time. I would highly recommend this organisation. Thanks for Excellent service

Had the misfortune of having this company come out and give me quote for heater & air conditioner would you believe they told me same thing wrong with both units a gas ignitor on Air con bit sus wouldn’t you think? Some how while doing quote connection box changed over to one not compatible with unit but they didn’t do it left laying not connected as not enough terminals
Had another technician come out turns out motor faulty no mention of this by Melb Heating & air Con ran their company don’ t want to know about
They need to be held accountable for the people they send to your homes

We have to request a tech visit each year and have to pay call out fee. Each year. This is 5 year warranty unit. Should have replaced. Each time they come and say it was some switch issue. Clearly, cannot have same problem each year. Either installation or unit is faulty. Need clear answers.

Very expensive ($239 for call out, $99 cancellation fee, whole amount charged the day before the visit!)
No follow through - have emailed and called - have been charged but aircon not fixed, need a new part - but no idea what part, how much, when or what additional costs. Feel so very foolish for not checking into this before booking.

They came and told me everything need changing fan bracket motor cost $1600 plus $210 call out fee they did the work then said I had a gas leak which I was told on the call out that was ok so for another $700 I found them unreliable 5 hours late asked for itemized account which they will not supply keep well away from this company

After paying $760 over 2 visits without fixing my central heating, I gave up on Melbourne Heating/Danicon and had the problem fixed for $400 by someone who knew what they were doing.

Booked a time slot for evaporative cooling service. They were quick to take my credit card details as a security. I took a day off work. They did not turn up and did not call. Great service, NOT! Stay away!

We selected Danicon, Melbourne heating and repairs service because they appeared first on the google search. They came out and promised a free service ince heater is up and running, then lied about what was wrong and then when we caught them out because we had someone else come out and review they wouldnt provide us with the free service as someone else had gixed the heater. So unfair spent over $600 for something that would have been $200 with Brauemer. Once addressed with Danicon they ignored it. Don't be fooled.

Comes to our house open the front of the heater checked the carbon monoxide. Did nothing, was only here for a max of 20 minutes and we get charged $239

Ive got them to have a look at my heating system..Through the phone they said they will charge $239 service fee( no further charges) and I will need to pay for the part/ parts.I I though it is fair.
I had paid $239 for the service and $410 for the part/termostat which /it has turned out/normally costs $146....they ve charged me nearly $300 dollars more for it!!! It is unethical!!!
When I had talked to their mananger [Name Removed] she was rude !! I had paid nearly $800 for a 2x 15 min work and for a termostat which would normally cost $146.
Untrustable company!!!

They charged us $ 649 to replace a thermastat on our Heating system and spent a total of 10 mins replacing it for
$ 649 . I check the retail value of this Thermostat and its available online retail for $ 139 .
What a joke these people are . unethical business people .

They charged me over $1000 to fix an a/c unit. They identified the problem but didn't have the part. They then sent me a quote for $1200 to return and fix it. I contacted another company and had the job done for $600.
