Excellent product and service
Everyone has a horror story of bad service from a telco. The team at Mint Telecom are different. They actually called me before the problem occurred and had it fixed! If you're fed up with overseas call centres and want to talk with people in Australia who actually help, then give Mint a go.

One step back, is two steps forward.
With a year of Telstra 4G outrageous false billing behind me, it was time to dump this morally bankrupt telco after being with them for over 14 years. Portability is now handled by an iPad with prepaid Sim card.
Through Kelvin, I joined one day and was connected to ADSL2+. The modem arrived from Sydney to Country Victoria the very next day by courier and I was up and running before lunch.
The speed is actually better than 4G as the house is wrapped in foil and the 4G reception was only 1 - 2 bars, without an exterior antenna.

One of the best customer service
Mint Telecom could have one of the best customer service I have encountered. Very helpful and friendly and treats you like a person (unlike other providers)

Didn't have to wait ages on hold, consultant helps every step of the way. Even gave a tip that increased download speed ten-fold.

Amazing service
I can not fault Mint Telecom. Their customer service is second to none. I have never experienced such helpful friendly and timely service. They deserve every success.

Full of good surprises!
ADSL2 (offnet).
I have had the ADSL up and running with Mint for almost 3 weeks now and haven't had one drop out yet. Speed has been consistent and I have no trouble sending/receiving large emails or streaming movies & shows.
The experience of signing up with Mint was excellent. I got straight through to their call centre and spoke to informative and knowledgeable people. They have some fantastic packages available and had me up and running in 3 business days, most of the waiting time was for Telstra to activate the phone line as I wasn't swi...Read more

Saved our community org thousands!!!
We switched over our phones and ADSL Internet provision to Mint six months ago, have saved us immediately over 30% on our phone and internet which is big dollars to a community organisation like ours. Phone and internet has been really reliable, and there responsiveness through set up and proactive organising of things was sooo different to our experience with Australia's largest telco. What i love is that we can pick up the phone or email and responses on the spot. As my staff and I aren't good at technical side of things the customer service on that side has been incredible.

Outstanding Experience With Mint
I became despondent with my existing provider (expensive, unreliable and poor customer service) so decided to switch to a new provider. Living in Perth I could have gone with a local provider but I'd heard positive things about Mint Telecom. Our decision to go with Mint has proved to be the right one, they offer a quality (and reliable) service, competitive pricing and most importantly an outstanding customer experience. Switching over to Mint was simple, made easy by their Australian based support team, and ongoing support is easily accessed when required. I get value for money with Mint and would recommend them to anyone considering a change.

The best ISP in Tasmania, if you can connect with them do not hesitate
I currently have ADSL 2+ with Mint Telecom, and cannot speak highly enough.
When NBN is available I will be retaining them as my ISP, no hesitation.
The support during set up was unparalleled. There were issues at the connection/exchange (Telstra) end which Mint Telecom kept me informed of and progressed ASAP.
I've only had one interruption to service which was unscheduled and was a Telstra issue. I received an email and SMS of the outage within 30 mins of it occurring, and once it was resolved and responses to my queries logged online.
