Excelent cooling, very quiet, very easy to clean and organize, good lighting. I had an LG that was always kind of crowded, this one seems to always have room for more and it's easy to find them so nothing goes wasting. I like the controlling panel with energy saving. It's absolutely great that is has 5 years warranty. The freezer is big enough and the ice maker has 3 trays which is great!

I was a bit unsure about buying a Black Diamond coloured fridge.

It certainly makes a statement. My wife sums up this beast best, Oh my god I love my fridge.

It's certainly value for money, it's not a cheap fridge, but like most things in life you get what you pay for.

Pros:
Plenty of space, well designed, quiet, ease of access, one of the doors is slightly smaller so you can open the smaller door for smaller goods (excellent for high use goods milk etc), door alarm is persistent but won't wake your neighbours, great lighting.

Cons:
It's that big you'll need the measurements if you ever move house, & we regret that we didn't buy it sooner.

We brought the fridge just over one month ago and have had excessive condensation build up on the shelves. We contacted Mitsubishi and they sent a contractor to take a look, he agreed that the condensation is excessive and submitted a replacement request. A further visit by a Mitsubishi representative confirmed there's an issue and they are will replace the unit.
Great service by Mitsubishi but still feel a little disappointed by the product. Here's hoping the replacement doesn't have the same issue.
Has anyone else experienced high condensation within the fridge?

We purchased this fridge for our new home as we have a large family and love entertaining. From the moment it was unpacked, it has been reliable, keeps its temperature in both the fridge and freezer, is super quiet and economical to run.
We did a lot of research before purchasing it and it has well exceeded our expectations .. a great fridge and a credit to Mitsubishi!
A warning before purchasing it ... ensure you have wide enough doors to get it into the house as it's both wide and deep. We were aware of this and included a wider door in our house plans.

I love the rapid cool function after you have put away your groceries and had the doors open. The alarm is great - no more accidentally leaving one of the doors open. There is loads of room inside making it ideal for entertaining. I find i use my fridge most of the day and usually only access my freezer in the evening when coming dinner or removing meat to thaw for the next day. It saves a lot of bending over which is an issue for people with back injuries.

Very functional fridge with exceptional space. Extremely energy efficient and great look with stainless front. Highly recommend for large family. Door space is ample and vegetable storage humidity controls work very well.

Purchased the black grande fridge/freezer and wow what a machine looks fantastic in my kitchen has so much space in both the fridge compartments and the freezer compartments keeps everything at the precise temperature is so quiet that we never hear it running any spillages just wipe straight off the shelving have not been happier with a fridge before well worth the money spent!!!!!

I bought the fridge on 18 September 2016. I am not happy with the cooling quality as most of the time there is a lot of condensation after the doors are opened for a short while. Similarly the fridge suffers from the same problem. I also find that the door suction too weak,one always flap when the other is closed. Mitsubishi service came once, but told me the fridge is "good". I am still not happy and will call again tomorrow for them to rectify this problem. If they can't, I will want a refund for sure.
Another thing I am wondering why is my fridge model not in the list given.

It's black, it's functional, it works perfectly.
Fits everything we need.
Freezer draws are perfect.
Wide fridge shelves are very convenient.
Door format is very functional.
It's super quiet.
The ice cube tray maker works very well.
Self closing doors are a treat.
This fridge feels bigger on the inside than the outside.

Refrigerator temperature uneven: freezing vegetables, and up to 9 deg. Reset did not fix. Initial condensation, now settled. Faulty LED lights, now fixed. Freezer doors do not suction tight - Adjustment did not help. Great service from Sydney Appliances. Mitsubishi slow and defensive. Requesting a replacement or refund. Good size.

August 20th 2016 Update:
The fridge was replaced,thankfully,although the temperature settings initially were not quite right. Mitsubishi corrected that. It was a slow process getting it right, but the fridge now gets a 4.5/5. It is a great sized fridge to store lots of fresh food.

We bought this fridge about 5 months ago. We decided on this model after looking at all the positive reviews. The five year warranty was also a factor.the fridge is quiet (sometime air suction noise like frog). To date we are happy with this product. we would like to recommend this product as a good one.

I brought this fridge about a month ago. The freezer works well however the fridge always has a build up of condensation, the shelves always have a water drip and I have just noticed that an open water container that I put in the door yesterday has so much condensation that it has made a puddle on the shelf underneath. It seems all I want to do is clean the shelves all the time as I can't see through the glass shelves. The fruit and vege draw seem to be ok and don't get any condensation. I have contacted Mitsubishi and they made me hold down the front buttons to reset or something but it hasn't worked. I will ring again tomorrow as I think I need a technician to come and have a look.
