Perfect
we have had our mitsubishi air con for over 1 year now and haven't had any problems with it. we use it everyday nearly! in winter it heats up our whole living area with ease and in summer cools the same area super easy. cant fault this air con at all.

going well so far... can't wait to test it out in the heat of summer
Our builder suggested this model for our new kitchen/dining area which has a >4m elevated ceiling - so we have a lot of air to circulate. We are very pleased so far - it cools the area very quickly and is very quiet. (PS for logistic considerations: we originally planned to mount the unit to an external wall but the sheer size and weight of the unit prevented this - something to think about).

So far so good
Seems to work well, it is quiet and certainly keeps the house sufficiently warm in this particularly cold winter.
Also came with a $200 voucher which I have yet to receive but will update if anything goes wrong on Mitsubishi's end.
Currently no qualms with it at all.
Good controls

Very Happy
We recently had our Split System replaced and were advised by the installer that Mitsubishi were the leaders in the industry. We are very happy with the new Mitsubishi Split System and cannot fault it. It's very quiet, super efficient and uses much less power than the previous brand we had (can't remember our previous split system brand). All good, and heats the room as good as it cools it. Installation by the installer was quick and fuss free and the controller is very easy to use. Get the installer to set the date and time on the controller as it took us a while to work out how to set it.

Fast chilling
This air conditioning system is so awesome in the manner it cools my room so fast. The air feels so fresh and cool. It's so noiseless and energy efficient that you will almost forget your ac is on except for the chilling. Although recently, it started producing some cranky faint noise when swinging, which I'm yet to find out why

Best Airconditioner
I have always go for Mitsubishi brand as they last and durable. I once installed another brand and is not as happy but it was cheaper. It's very quiet, looks good, efficiency made it the best air conditioner ever. Will never look back again. I m happy to pay a little more for it.

Quiet and energy efficient
This unit is amazing, so quiet you can’t tell it’s even on. It was a very easy installation as it is made installer friendly which makes install cost lower. The inverter helps with noise being outside our bedroom window, especially while the kids are sleeping. Definitely recommend to potential buyers

Quite and easy to use
After having 3 Fujitsu a/c’s already in the house I was reluctant to change brands but glad I did. I find the mitsu much easier to use ie: the remote has clearer diagrams as well as when you use the remote you don’t have to point it directly at the unit for it work unlike the Fuji, good machine.

It does the job
It's a great air conditioner, much quieter than previous aircons and does the whole house it warms up the house in 30 minutes and remains warm throughout the night and day the temperature seems to be correct and factual so that's also a added bonus due to previous aircons not seeming to be the accurate temp.

Great
This air conditioner was great, however really loud but will definitely continue to use it as it’s very cold and keeps me cold in the summer, I love how easy it is to use and the installation was also simple. I will definitely recommend this air con and will let my friends know.

Good enough for the entire open plan living, dining and kitchen room.
This unit provides us with climate control, the ability to direct the flow of air, and to set a time for it to operate.
Initially, I was not sure if it would cover the open plan area in our house but it has proved to work really well. We use it throughout the year to both heat and cool the space and operate it on a temperature range of 24 - 26 degrees celsius - we have found that this is the most efficient.

Excellent
Great setting for high that reverts to my normal setting a few minutes after i push the high power button. Gets the temp down quickly. Then eco setting keeps the temperature at the level i want. I cant seem to find a fan only function though. Which could just be me. Its the only thing i miss from my old air conditioner. This is a big model. But uses much less power than my old airwell that wasn't an inverter. I used this in summer and the bill was lower than last years by a third, and it was on alot more.

Saved me over summer
I have three of these units. A 7kw, 5kw and a 2.5kw for my house. They are quiet and attractive units and on the hot 40+degree days it kept my house cool and comfortable. The summer before the upstairs of my house was almost uninhabitable. This made it cool and easy to sleep. Thank you mitsubishi

Great air conditioner
This air conditioner cools a 60sq metre room.
Very quiet model.
Fantastic price at Retravison including cash back couldn’t ask
for much more.
The outdoor unit is quite large which may be an issue depending on space requirements.
Would highly recommend Mitsubishi air conditioners as they are so reliable and well made

Relief
I’m terrible with technology I know how to google and that’s about it but this split system is so easy to use even I was surprised instead of freaking out. It’s also a quiet machine that I’ve accidentally left it on thinking I’d turned it off because it is just that good. It was well worth the money and when we had the experts in to install the unit it was as if they weren’t here because I slept through the whole thing.
My only regret is that we didn’t get this installed sooner this summer because we would have used it.

Best ever
This unit is quiet and economical to run. We are pleased how well it works. We have had visitors who didn’t realise we had an air conditioner in our lounge room. It is so inconspicuous and silent. The remote is easy to use. We ha e only used the cooling system but feel it will be just as good in winter with heating

Perfect Air
This product was refereed to me by an Electrical company. they purchased and installed. even gave me some bonus cash back forms that came with the model.....Since installation last year it has been lovely to use and our power bill has not dramatically increased like many others.
This model cools the entire rumpus below my house, massive room and it does not struggle at all.

This really works!
This machine is brilliant, we got it last Christmas and cant believe how much cooler the house has been-even with open plan and not havign a hallways door, it still works well cooling even the kids rooms. We got the summer bill and its was $150 cheaper and we have used it the same equivalent time. Highly recommend. The functions are simple and came with a wall mount for the control-so it doesnt get lost-brilliant.
