Ease and efficiency

Initial booking was great. All additional questions were answered. Unfortunately the airline cancelled the flight a couple of months before the date and MyFiji were very efficient in dealing with arranging alternative options at no out of pocket expence. Holiday was fantastic. Fijians such lovely people.

We went on a family holiday on Castaway Island and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the prepaid meal and the food was delicious. We had to adjust the return trip time but this was not difficult.

Booking with MyFiji was very easy, all the fine details were taken care of so we didn't have to think about anything other than relaxing. This was our 1st time to Fiji so was great to talk to someone who had knowledge of the area.

We booked through My Fiji for our wedding anniversary trip back to the Hideaway. Jane was excellent, prompt communication, answered all our questions, found the best package to suit us.. paper work was sent and received within 3 weeks of departure as promised. Would definitely book again.

We booked a 7 night package to Sheraton Tokoriki Island Fiji. Booking was simple, our agent was friendly and professional and the holiday was organised in one phone call. The island was beautiful with no surprises, everything went as expected. We have used these guys before and will do again when we next want an easy to book, good value break.

This was my 4th time in Fiji 1st time booked through a travel agent the last 3 bookings was with My Fiji, will never book with anyone else than with My Holiday Center :) hassle free from the start of my booking till the booking was finalized. I have been dealing with Tracie for the last 3 holidays to Fiji and she is very professional in her job and even rings you when you get back from your holiday to see how much we enjoyed Fiji. I took my family over for my 60th birthday on the 4th May, there was 11 of us and we stayed at the Sheraton Villas PERFECT place for family's, will be going back next year for my husbands 60th and differently will be booking with My Fiji

Our consultant Lynda Hargreaves was exceptional. She was professional, courteous.
Our instructions once we got to Nadi were clearly written & nothing went wrong.

I dont usually use travel agencies for my holidays, but i could not find a better deal anywhere on offer, the service from Alicia and Myfiji was second to none,good accurate knowledge of the resort and from the time we left Australia till we got back everything was delightful and stress free, from the included breakfasts to a magical day on a tropical island . I was a bit sceptical about booking through MyFiji but I honestly could not fault the service or the package. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end of our trip to Fiji last week. The value was not able to be matched with any other booking provider. Will definitely use the service again.

We love going to Fiji. We have been there many times (over 15 times). Its always a great holiday and a wonderful place to unwind. The resorts, the staff and food and wine is superb. Great place for a couples getaway as some resorts offer adults only dining and pools. Also great for families as mums and dads get to enjoy time together as the children are well looked after.

Not going on holiday because couldn’t even get a correct quote

This was my 3rd time using my Fiji. First time super easy no hassles at all. 2 nd time took a couple of quotes to get what we wanted right. This time. Had in excess of a dozen quotes of which none were what I was asking for. Then just never got a response back. We were obviously just put in the to hard basket. I was very specific about what I wanted and they just couldn’t get it right. Bitterly disappointed as Fiji is my favourite holiday destination.

This was our third holiday with My Fiji to Denarau Island, we had a few problems this time, not with the booking with My Fiji, but on our arrival at the hotel. Unfortunately would not go again to this hotel, however the Fijian people are beautiful. They really rely on tourists to keep them in a job. The deal we had was great. Thank you.

Nil extra fees although meals and drinks were expensive compared to the quality of the product. Stayed at the Fiji Hideaway Resort. Average 3 stars rating. Staff very friendly but warm bottled beverages and average restaurant menu. Staff would leave the bar beverage fridge doors open, consequently changed to cold on tap beer. Nil quality bars or restaurants nearby. Cultural shows and tours best part of the experience along with the friendliness of the staff and locals. My Holiday team were great again 5 stars and would strongly recommend them to book your holiday. I know that we will utilise their service again.

my Fiji have great deals advertised but the advertised price has never been what I have paid, I have used them on a few occasions and the staff are knowledgable and friendly but the chance of getting the same person twice is very difficult. The service although quite good has gone down from earlier on.

Hi, just wondering how long before the trip I should expect to receive my documents through the mail?
Also will MyFiji notify me if there is a change in flights (or cancellation of flights)? In the booking confirmation email I received, they only provide flight numbers so I am concerned I will miss any flight changes/cancellations.

We fly out in 3 weeks, once you have your booking ID you can check yourself in online with the airline - I assume the airline would notify you of changes or cancellations not my My fiji travel. I would Hope all transfers and inclusions have been properly booked in on their end. I had issues with the booking process - constantly having to get them
To update the invoice they sent with incorrect or insufficient details. Was also duped and told I had to pay for flights upfront, which I did, and the rest could go on a payment plan only to find out after that I could have booked the entire holiday including flights on the payment plan. Also need to be careful
With the payment plan to ensure youre repaying more than the minimum amount specified as you will then go over the 9 months interest free and will have to pay interest on your outstanding balance. When it came to booking, Had to go back and forth to get them to match prices I had found online through booking.com and skyscanner etc. So essentially with much less hassle and confusion could have booked accomodation and flights seperately online for the same price which were ultimately cheaper than their deals as I had to guide them to the sites I booked through and in that time delay prices for flights had slightly increased.Their transfers company much more expensive than what you could find online - so they booked through the site I found as I could have done myself - same goes for part of our accomodation. Will definately be booking myself next time.

Do the bookings have to be paid in one amount or can there be instalments?

There is usually a deposit of around $2000 or a percentage of the amount, then you have till 2 months before the departure of the trip to have the trip paid in full.
Besides the deposit the rest of the bill can be paid in installments.
