Great company to deal with
Took all our family for a wonderful holiday. We booked three rooms at the Sheraton which included hotel credit, massages and pick up and drop off at airport.
The family had a great time and said if booking again, would look at the Holiday Centre first, because of the deals you have on offer, not only in Fiji but elsewhere

Excellent holiday
There have been no hassles with my booking. We are booked in as a group as far as I know there has been no complications. I'm flying out from somewhere different to the rest and was taken care of.

From booking to holiday end, everything was easy and stress free, My Fiji were the best.
The entire process was stress free and the holiday perfect. There were no additional fees and the accommodation met expectations. The transfers to and from the airport were great and without hassle.

I have used MyFji (MyHolidays) on many occasions. The staff are helpful and really easy to deal with. There marketing of the ' no thinking required' type packages is great for a stress free holiday but you have the option to tailor these to your needs with very little fuss or expensive. They are a great company to deal with and will certainly be booking another holiday with them.

Love Fiji and always book with MyFiji
Have booked 4 holidays with MyFiji and they are always helpful and value for money.
We have been able to book the flights we wanted at convenient times.
We have twice taken friends and relatives away with us and they too have enjoyed the trip.

Received everything on time and without hassles
There were no additional costs. However the room we were offered was not available when arriving at the resort. We had to email My Fiji to advise them. We were given a room which was below our agreed arrangement. We had to argue with resort manangment to finally get the room we were guaranteed. We didn’t get much support from My Fiji. The resort was awesome and relaxing.

Perfect family holiday

MY SECOND HOME
We(wife and I ) have been to FIJI, with MyFiji on several occasions...just holidays, take the grandkids, anniversaries, birthdays....NEVER had a problem.
These trips ALWAYS met and exceeded our expectations, from great friendly staff both from MyFiji and the hotels we have stayed at.....each one of the Denarau Island hotels, and Warwick.

Good short break, some disappointing aspects such as not having our anniversary song sang to us (table next to us did, though embarrassed it wasn’t their anniversary), hotel resort costs a tad expensive so we dined off-site most evenings. Fijian hospitality great though.

love the golf
no extra fees we did not want to pay. we booked the all inclusive golf. we did not go out to the reef maybe this could be an option. you might like to include a day package to Natadola Bay golf resort. that day for golfers would be great. We would have like to cancel the reef but that was not an option.

The Hideaway Resort
The Hideaway Resort was a good introduction to a visit to Fiji. Not too expensive and great people.
7 days was not quite long - 10 days would be better.
Next visit will be better planned now that we have been there.

Easiest way to book a holiday
Great and easy bookings, love the packages and friendly staff at booking time and transfer desk. Welcoming drink was a nice touch. I recommend them all all my friends. I’ll be booking through them again

Not what was promised
Package promised golf daily, cruise, Fiji credit at$1000, 2 massages and breakfast daily ocean view room.
What we got was a room way at the back of the resort with a glimpse of the ocean, breakfast daily which was superb and 2 massages only after complaining.They said when we got there no golf,cruise or Fiji credit.When you book make sure you take a snapshot of the deal. The resort was fantastic.

Too easy
So friendly and easy to book exactly what I wanted over the phone including airfares, transfers, accommodation and day trip. Unlike other agents it didn’t require 100 % payment immediately and the staff were so helpful.

We got exactly what MyFiji stated in their emails and vouchers. No surprises or extra costs. We had an all inclusive, meals and drinks, package which we made the most of. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

A little disappointed
Food and drink prices very expensive. Not enough free activities. Rooms looking a bit shabby.staff excellent and friendly. View from room very nice. No water actives at resort. Nightly shows excellent.

Hi, just wondering how long before the trip I should expect to receive my documents through the mail?
Also will MyFiji notify me if there is a change in flights (or cancellation of flights)? In the booking confirmation email I received, they only provide flight numbers so I am concerned I will miss any flight changes/cancellations.

We fly out in 3 weeks, once you have your booking ID you can check yourself in online with the airline - I assume the airline would notify you of changes or cancellations not my My fiji travel. I would Hope all transfers and inclusions have been properly booked in on their end. I had issues with the booking process - constantly having to get them
To update the invoice they sent with incorrect or insufficient details. Was also duped and told I had to pay for flights upfront, which I did, and the rest could go on a payment plan only to find out after that I could have booked the entire holiday including flights on the payment plan. Also need to be careful
With the payment plan to ensure youre repaying more than the minimum amount specified as you will then go over the 9 months interest free and will have to pay interest on your outstanding balance. When it came to booking, Had to go back and forth to get them to match prices I had found online through booking.com and skyscanner etc. So essentially with much less hassle and confusion could have booked accomodation and flights seperately online for the same price which were ultimately cheaper than their deals as I had to guide them to the sites I booked through and in that time delay prices for flights had slightly increased.Their transfers company much more expensive than what you could find online - so they booked through the site I found as I could have done myself - same goes for part of our accomodation. Will definately be booking myself next time.

Do the bookings have to be paid in one amount or can there be instalments?

There is usually a deposit of around $2000 or a percentage of the amount, then you have till 2 months before the departure of the trip to have the trip paid in full.
Besides the deposit the rest of the bill can be paid in installments.
