Very prompt and courteous service by Hayley. Being able to pay by EFT for certificates is a good option, not offered by all strata managers.

Shocking
I felt that this company was on track after their disastrous predecessors. However, I have found this strata manager to be extremely rude, talks over the top of me, and has ignored my requests for work to be carried out on a significant issue. They are no better than the previous crowd so stay away.

Brilliant Service
Asheek Karan of next gen Strata manages our townhouses and he is very prompt and very professional. He made it very easy for us to do landscaping job in our backyard. I highly recommend Asheek and next gen Strata

I would like to personally thank Ash for his hard work, we are very grateful. There's no way we will be switching from Nextgen to another company, We're sticking with these guys!!

NextGen Strata do an excellent job.
We have been using NextGen Strata for about 9 months and have found them to be very professional. On all occasions questions have been answered quickly and information is available accurately.
Stay away!
I have found Nextgen Strata just as bad as their previous name of Strata select. They don't reply to emails, when I have called either am told that they will call back (which they don't) or get fobbed off and nothing done. They have no record of anything that happened before they took over, or just don't look. They don't use tradesmen used by the property before but someone they probably get kick backs from and the tradesmen don't do the job they are employed to do. We had a tradesman due on 27 February, they turned up on 28th and did a few hours work, dis some more work on 3rd March and haven't returned to do the job. All emails have been ignored. Unhappy. Don't waste your time or money!

On track to be one of the best Strata Managing companies out there
I gave 4 stars although the service from Nextgen Strata management has been a 5 star effort:( Always leave room for further improvement). From Dong the principle thru to Asheek (Ash) Strata Manager and not forgetting Hayley on the front desk/Admin this is a polished Team . Our Owners Committee are happy to have Nextgen on-board. Asheek listens and acts on our instructions whilst always willing to put his experience and understanding of a matter forward so correct outcomes are achieved. He will not let a committee flounder and charge headlong into making bad decisions.

Terrible service and we cant escape!
This lot bought our strata plan from another business recently and held a meeting without our consent to change to this 'Next Gen', no notice, just the agenda being sent out. Unfortunately we were away and we have two owners that are not to switched on and they are telling us they were brow beaten into agreeing and signing. Not happy and now we are locked into a contract! I think we need to raise this with the Fair Trading as it all seems very underhanded.

Asheek Karan - Nextgen Strata Management
Prior to Asheek becoming responsible for our strata scheme, we were continually not getting the expected/required level of support for our strata block. It was frustrating and unsatisfactory. However, since Asheek has come on board the situation has changed completely. Asheek is proactively managing our account, following up promptly with action where required and keeping the owners properly informed of all developments in a courteous and efficient manner.
