Anyone been done wrong by by Nissan Neil Beer?
Also did not receive original tyres/ rims or suspension back because you paid full price for others to be put on. And to top it off charged full price for a suspension kit not installed in the car?

why is Nissan allowed to get away with the bad way in which they treat customers with legitimate issues. aren't these reviews enough to spark some legal fall back? They are happy to take your money but when dangerous issues occur in the vehicle they have no real care factor. CVTs are putting peoples lives in danger and they still repair but the problems come back.

I Got my Nissan Quashqai on March 2015.
There is peel off of Colour in the front of my vehicle and inside at the doors too. we went to Liverpool Nissan. they Clicked photo and send it to the main office. we got a call saying that since the warranty has expired and we need to pay for that one after having certain discount.
I have one question to them its been 3 years 5 months that we have purchased, is Nissans quality that cheap that its colour tears apart not even riding 4 years? If any customer wants photos please email me at [email removed]
I am highly disappointed with Nissan and would request all new buyers to rethink about buying Nissan.
I have recently done servicing for 80000km and paid $436. Nothing has changed. No smoothness nothing. I dont know why we were charged that much and they said for 80000km there will be special servicing? Is this the servicing that they referred?
I would like to request all new customers to rethink before buying Nissan product.

anywhere except a Nissan dealership who does log book servicing, you don't need to take the vehicle back to Nissan for a service. most independent mechanical workshops are cheaper than nissan

Do not take your car to any Nissan dealership for repairs or servicing, they are all criminals and the people who run these businesses should have their liscenses revoked, apalling service and behavoir, I purchased my car from them and they lied to me and faulsified documents with no intention of fixing anything,I had an independant inspection that proved this and will be taking action against them.they are a disgrace and should be shut down.

Hi Blake, dont accept the car! They didnt give what they promise you on the contract. So ask for full refund plus any aditional fess you had to pay. Dont let they tell you that they will have a look into it, give then 24 hours and leave the car with them, dont drive it back home! Tell them that you will take it to NCAT (Court) and they should responded very quickly on it. If not go to NCAT web page and lodge the claim, in 6 weeks is a hearing and things get resolve very quickly from there. I hope this helps. Best of luck!

Hello Lu, my partner is having a bad experience atm with his new nav. He had new tyres and suspension kit installed before picking up the car. We found out the the kit installed was incorrect but was charged full price of the more expensive kit. Then was told that you don't get back the original tyres/ rims or suspension kit because that's the change over price. He has asked for a partial refund to be able to get it installed elsewhere and they have said no. What would be your suggestion? Thanks

We bought a 4WD Hybrid Pathfinder last February 2015, (2014 built) amounting to 68K AUD. I just found out that the map that was installed was outdated and when during the 2nd maintenance, I requested to check the map version and it was outdated hence they carried out an update and deducted to my 3 Free map update which I strongly disagree that should not be deducted for this year as they should have done that before they handed over to the buyer.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get the original version of the SAT-NAV on my Pathfinder, could you help me find out please what was the map version installed in your Pathfinder? To find out, just to go Settings, Navigation, Map Version (something like this).

Mine, after upgrade below are the values.
Map Version: GEND AS F.B
Program Version: X1A12065
UNIT ID: 97-63000388

Thanks, appreciate the values that you could share to me.
