Waverley Nissan - Terrible Experience
Terrible experience! beside their excessively high price, the staff is not friendly, rude and impolite. They basically don't want to work. They refused to check a fuel consumption issue in a very impolite manner.
The rest of the story:
I provided a 1 out of 10 feedback at the agency's feedback website while I was still sitting there. I found someone who introduced himself as the principal of the agency. He told me he doesn't accept my feedback and asked me to change it or take my car and leave!!
So basically this is how they get their feedba...Read more
ck; through coercing and threatening their customers. I felt I was dealing with a group of thugs or mobsters! Basically, how can a reputable company such as Nissan be represented by this level of staff including their senior management? I don't understand.

Not worth a star, thanks but no thanks
Over the last 20 years I have purchased 3 brand new Pathfinders, the last being the top of the rangeTI550. The treatment and the over- inflated service costs I have received over those 20 years has been nothing short of appalling, to the point that I take delivery of my 2020 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport next Friday. Time will tell whether I have made the right decision, however one thing is for sure, I will never purchase another Nissan again, especially not that crap looking mum taxi Pathfinder that is currently getting around. Please do not contact me again.

Lander Nissan Well done
I recently purchased a new Nissan Patrol from Lander Nissan. I found the experience most enjoyable and the staff very professional, the service was outstanding they even brought out my new rubber mats and installed them for me at home. There was no nonsense talking from this dealer and I would recommend them.
Well done Lander Nissan

Great Experience At Frankston Nissan
My Overall experience with Frankston Nissan was fantastic and stress free. The Sales Manager Martyn has made this great experience that needed to talk about it. He has offered to us the greatest deal of offer that was already made by another Nissan Dealership in Berwick and that's was it. The deal was made. The whole team were exceptional and very courteous. Martyn assisted us during the whole process and he made sure that we were taken good care by his team. He provide us with the best sales experience ever and he valued our loyalty to Nissan ...Read more

Went for the service of my Nissan. Michael called and mentioned front and rear wiper failed water test and not Nissan genuine. I asked for it to be replaced and he mentioned front wipers are not in store and need to be ordered. I paid upfront and called back a week later, they said it’s not in yet. I called again today and they said it’s already replaced during service. I went there and showed them the receipt mentioning part not in store and ordered for the customer. They still didn’t...Read more

Ripped off
I took my 2005 Patrol in to get the Drivers door locking mechanism fixed as it was not opening or locking. Could not get the door open and the parts alone cost $580. I was charged $1010 including parts and they told me that the inside door handle locking switch was broken and would not work and to fix it it will cost me an extra $380. I said no way am I spending anymore money on this door. As I am pretty handy with my hands I decided to pull the door apart and have a look for myself to see what the problem was. I found that the door handle had ...Read more
nothing wrong with it and the part that they replaced was not working properly. I took it out and freed it up as it was really hard to move the leever, now the door works properly. I can not believe that I had been charged top dollar for this end result. I have called the Nissan Dealer and the lady said that she had been shown the broken part and that she was happy with the way they handled the job. I told her that I will never take my car to be serviced or buy a car from Nissan ever again. Can not believe that these dealers can get away with this type of service.Similar opinion? Terrible service at Werribee nice once they got their money!!!
I bought in 2016 at Werribee Nissan with 3 years warranty, 35,810 km done which is quite new.
The problem is there is oil sweat on the engine pan. When I took it for my regular service it showed minor oil leak around timing cover they just washed it and they told me to inspect it the next service but still the problem is there. I just took it before the service due to check it again because it’s not normal to see this kind of problem for quite new brand new car. They said already did inspections and taken photo’s sent to Nissan techline and th...Read more

Fixed price servicing does not mean fixed price servicing.
When Nissan advertises fixed price servicing, I expect fixed price servicing. Not being told that fixed price servicing does not some items such as brake fluid or radiator flush. Brake fluid flush is a normal servicing item. It is not an extra. Nissan you are dishonest and have misleading advertising.

Nissan warranty not worth a thing.
I wont bore you with the details but suffice to say I will never buy a Nissan product or step foot in a Nissan dealership again. After a 3 year battle to fix the clutch in a BRAND NEW car I sold it with the problem still present. Gear box was out 5 times and still never fixed. Crap product, crap dealer support, crap support from Nissan Australia.

DECEPTION is the word to describe NISSAN DEALERSHIP at Chullora NSW.
November 2018, after negotiations with thei salesperson who verbally confirmed FREE 3 scheduled SERVICES when I purchase a brand new Nissan Qashqai STL 2018 model. 2 days before I picked up, my partner was admitted to hospital where she stayed for 5 weeks.
I didn't check the contract, trusting that the salesperson was honest. After all I had no reason to think otherwise. Also I was overwhelmed with my partner's situation.
Yesterday November 26th 2022 I brought my car to the first scheduled service. Thinking that it will be my first promised F...Read more

Crappy Customer Service from Central Coast Nissan and Head Office
Seriously bad customer service skills with the service department. Attended before towing a caravan with my children as an independent mechanic advised that the left front shock was blown after only 30,000 km's. Attended the service department to make sure it was safe to tow, to be told "Yeah its fine to tow a caravan". The service department "Rob" did not even look at the car or get off his chair. Not knowing much about cars we have taken our children on holidays towing a large caravan. Attended a local mechanic after wards to have the tyres ...Read more
balanced at which time he advised that the car was unroad worthy and should not be towing. Spoke to Nissan who advised that it would take 4 weeks??? for a new one to be available. After speaking with head office they advised that we should not be towing and that a shock could be fitted the next day as they would take it out of a new car??? ( Hate to be the person buying that car) Spoke to Rob about the incident and stated to him that we were told that we should not be towing, only to be told "At least nothing happened hey". I have now forked out $1600 to have the suspension replaced as I do not trust this dealership with the safety of my children. This is also not the first issue with them!!!. I have then written an email to the head office of the above to still have no response about the matter. When we first bought the car they had to replace the sports bar as well which they took off another new car. They are taking parts off new cars Once you buy a car from them they have no interest in helping you at all. Stay away from Central Coast Nissan.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Love the car but not the after service
At the 2022 EOFY sales I purchased a 3 year old Qashqai Ti from Eagers Nissan Kedron.
The purchase process was great. Good price and payment easily sorted. ( we paid cash)
At the same time we were offered a three year extended manufacturers warrantee which we thought would be a good idea. We paid in full for the stated price of $1490.
That was the last contact we had with them.
We rang and emailed Kedron several times requesting a receipt and paperwork for the warranty. Every single time they promised to get back to us straight away. They never...Read more

Would never recommend Nissan
Purchased Nissan Qashqai from Spencer Motors. From February 2022 to July 2022 my car has spent 31 days at the dealership trying to locate metal sounding noice from rear of car a cracked weld was found in chassis but didnt rectify the problem. My roof lining was pulled out 4 times as well as all inside panels up to 7 times. And all Nissan says I have to keep taking it back. So frustrating have now gotten rid of it not worth the continual stress. Has cost me a fair amount of money

Really bad quality, will cost you an arm and a leg to run.
I have had so many problems with my Nissan, of all the cars I have ever owned the nissan pathfinder is by far the worst. 18 months ago the transmission computer went on it and it cost $3008 to repair, just 29,000km later it has gone again and I have to pay another $3008 to fix it as Nissan claim 29,000km is more than standard use for such a part. The door handles are really cheap plastic too, they break, they split which has cut the hands of those trying to open the door.

Absolute Scammers
My partner Bought a 2018 Nissan Nivara late Jan early Feb this year from an Alan mance dealer, the car started to appear with white paint flaking off of the front bar not even 4 weeks after buying it, Alan mance was contacted as soon as this started happening we were asked to bring the car down and we did, they said they would look into it and that was it, my partner kept calling them over the months and still nothing was done, my partner decided to go down in person and that’s when they took photos of the paint flaking which was much worse fro...Read more
m the first time.. another month went by and heard nothing so we decided to contact Nissan Australia we sent through photos and they said they would investigate and TODAY we called them becuase we still had not heard anything and they told us that it’s our fault and it’s from stone chips, how can you justify stone chips through a photo? You can not actually notice the damage and the flaking unless you see it in person. I work in a panel repair shop who specialise in painting and even one of my accessors have said that this is from paint cracking and flaking it has got nothing to do with stone chips. People need to be very aware of Nissan as they are not trust worthy at all and only care about the money, I’d be asking for a FREE paint protection when purchasing a car from Nissan otherwise if you end up with paint damage they will blame you for it. We will be taking this further as we do have progress photos which are dated and time stamped so NO Nissan these photos weren’t just taken in August they have been taken from February onwards.Similar opinion? Good car, shame about the sat nav
Bought our Nissan Pulsar Ti in 2014. Nice car, but, have had problems with the sat nav from start. It wasn’t even up to date when we got it so they gave us an update, but no, it wasn’t. Have had it 4 1/2 years and still have to pay nearly $1000 to get an upgrade. Took it for a service a couple of weeks ago which came with a free upgrade, they said we already had the upgrade, what the? Not happy. No Sat nav at the moment. I use the phone, at least with it we don’t have to pay for upgrades. My husband can’t use a mobile so unless I’m with him he doesn’t have this advantage.

Nissan X-Trail STL
A big thank you to Total Nissan, Cannington, Perth. We are extremely happy with our purchase, apart from the stains on the seats from the interior protective coating, which Bruce Johnson organised to get fixed at my home, which was a big help. A big thank you to Bruce as well for his customer service both before and after sales. It goes a long way. Keep it up!

Beware of Sutherland Nissan
Be very aware of Nissan Sutherland
Went to Nissan Sutherland to buy a new vehicle to better ourselves financially. We explained to the new car sales manager our situation, he promised the world and was somewhat pushy to get our business. After a while we were given figures with a 30 percent ballon which we were happy with. The new car sales manager said he had 1 car left in stock in the colour of our choice and we had to leave a deposit or it would be sold as the Nissan X-Trails are very popular. To cut a long story short, we left $500 deposit ...Read more

Anyone been done wrong by by Nissan Neil Beer?
Also did not receive original tyres/ rims or suspension back because you paid full price for others to be put on. And to top it off charged full price for a suspension kit not installed in the car?

why is Nissan allowed to get away with the bad way in which they treat customers with legitimate issues. aren't these reviews enough to spark some legal fall back? They are happy to take your money but when dangerous issues occur in the vehicle they have no real care factor. CVTs are putting peoples lives in danger and they still repair but the problems come back.

I Got my Nissan Quashqai on March 2015.
There is peel off of Colour in the front of my vehicle and inside at the doors too. we went to Liverpool Nissan. they Clicked photo and send it to the main office. we got a call saying that since the warranty has expired and we need to pay for that one after having certain discount.
I have one question to them its been 3 years 5 months that we have purchased, is Nissans quality that cheap that its colour tears apart not even riding 4 years? If any customer wants photos please email me at [email removed]
I am highly disappointed with Nissan and would request all new buyers to rethink about buying Nissan.
I have recently done servicing for 80000km and paid $436. Nothing has changed. No smoothness nothing. I dont know why we were charged that much and they said for 80000km there will be special servicing? Is this the servicing that they referred?
I would like to request all new customers to rethink before buying Nissan product.
