What Warranty
My drivers seat split at 50,000km, from a picture Nissan Australia refused the warranty claim. How can they possibly tell from a picture what caused the split.
With nissan it seems to be the customers job to prove faulty parts and workmanship. Not their responsibility to prove its not. fit for purpose what a joke for a top of the range car.
I am the idiot for buying a nissan, in life what other company would you deal with with such a low star rating as Nissan on their customer reviews. This will be my last Nissan.

Appalling service
Werribee Nissan have definitely dropped their standards. In 2015 when we purchased a car it was a seamless process from the salesperson the the finance. The lady in finance bent over backwards to help us. Now when we’re wanting to upgrade our car sales was fine as usual but after we signed the contract everything turns sour. Got our first call after the 3 day cooling of period when all documents were give on the day we signed the contract. Was promised a call on Monday with the outcomes. Come Wednesday still no call we had left 5 messages over ...Read more
3 days for a call back nothing and then on the 8tj day of calling got an answer and now the dealer is refusing to give our deposit back and the manager and staff we very aggressive and rude!!!! What customer service is this. If you don’t want our business we’re happy to go somewhere else. You get all the excuses and then the main manager undermines what you have to say. I’m very upset at the level of service received in the past we have recommended Nissan and we gave them 3 sales the last time we brought a car but now I would never recommend them.Similar opinion? Nissan's are not what they used to be...
I'm not going into all the detail but in summary we purchase two new Nissan's in 2013 and had nothing but drama's. My wife's car (Nissan Pulsar) had blown a CVT Transmission, Paint missing all over the roof and bonnet (Car has been garaged all its life) and my Dualis has blown 3 CVT Transmissions! These cars are absolute junk and forget Nissan Reliability. The fact that in the US they come with a 10 year transmission warranty and they don't honour that here in AUS. Never ever in my lifetime will I purchase a Nissan nor recommend to anyone! Steer Clear people and go for something else!

magic Nissan Melville Service
Every time I have had my Nissan serviced here under their "fixed price" service they always try to talk me into having extra work done. I feel this is a con and they will sting you for extra work. I will not be returning and instead using local mechanics who will usually give fixed quotes and not just call you and put you on the spot.

Issues with a new Nissan Xtrail from bought from lander Nissan blacktown
I noticed an excessive engine sound and rattling noises in the cabin. Took to Lander service at Prospect highway thrice. They couldn't fix it and finally said everything is as per Nissan Standard. Contacted Nissan customer care, they do not have complaints department here. They backed the dealer's view and advised to contact External grievance redressal forums. They simply abandoned the issue. #StayawayfromNissaninAustralia

Great sales service and team effort in delivering our car
A car dealership that wasn't too pushy and gave us space to consider all options. Once we decided they worked with us for quick delivery and finance. Sales guy was decent and obliging, would recommend highly if in area.

Cannot honestly find a single positive interaction - wish their was a 0 or negative rating choice.
2014 Qashqai Ti purchased from Castle Hill Nissan - fully serviced, single driver vehicle with city driving only - clutch fails at 40,000km - went to NCAT tribunal and dismissed as I didn't have an expert opinion. I have had personal insults and threats from Dealership principle throughout and after process! Considering the principals dealer behaviour it is no surprised the staff are lacking such simple customer focus and professionalism - stinking off smoke, smoking in full view of customers, swearing in earshot of customers, zero follow up wi...Read more
th queries and commitments. 4 years on and they still cannot get my keyless entry to work consistently - since day 1 I have difficulties with this leading to inability to lock, unlock or start car and even the car shutting down with my young girls inside and whilst doing 100KM/h on a freeway! I have had over 7 different make vehicles in my life and Nissan without a doubt take the cake as the greatest blatherskites and oxygen thief fleshbags by far. I will note single out any individual from service as both equally incompetent, one is more interested in chatting up the blonde administrator whilst the other incorrectly enters a simple email 5 times! Hopeless - hopeless - useless. Engage at one's peril.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Engine Failure
Bought brand new Nissn Navara D40 Spanish built at the end of 2012 from Nissan Keema Mt Gravatt. Always been look after, no towing or abusive drive servicing on time. Timing chain failed after 57000 Km and damage the engine. The engine needs to replaced. Keema Nissan inspects the car and believes the engine failed but not take any responsibility for it. Be aware of Nissan car a lot of information on Australia Car review and youtube about Nissan quality and cheap material using in Nissan cars.

Rude Service Staff at Nissan Springwood
I called to check if my car is ready, the service lady staff expect me to remember the staff name that handled my car, but non of them were wearing any name tag. She eventually told me 'I don't know what you are talking about!' I was so shocked because I never experienced this bad customer service when dealing with expensive item like a car. It just put me off Nissan completely.

Poor quality and rude staff at Nissan Castle Hill
I serviced my vehicle at Nissan Castle Hill. My vehicle didn't appear to be any better than prior to service. Still sluggish, Staff were extremely unfriendly.

Don't trust Nissan Sales Staff
We bought a demo car from Macarthur Nissan at a new car price after discussions where we both got a good deal.
We paid new car price and were told we would get 12 months registration. We then received the green slip insurance paperwork showing that the car ran out of rego 4 months later and were basically told they couldn't find anything in the paperwork so they couldn't do anything about it. Shows bad service and they don't honour what is said. Don't trust any sales person in Nissan. Especially Oliver and sales manager Steven.

Bad service. Rips off people
I purchased this car back on 2014. Had issues with the front wheel since purchasing. I visited dealer more than 10 times but never received the proper service. They couldn't fix my problem. I finally lodged a case with Nissan and the dealer fixed it. I had to spend most of my day offs in the dealer. I also experienced worst finance deal. Totally ripped a young customer with more than 15% on Nissan finance who was buying his first car and had a sound credit history. They only want to make money from customers. Their capped price servicing is also a rip off. It's always more than what they say. Keeps asking u to change this and that eventhough it's not required. I will never recommend Nissan to anyone I know.

Booked in for service. Courtesy car was a newer model and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The call back with quote was conducted quite well. Agreement was eventually reached and parts needed to be ordered in. Thankfully I was able to keep the courtesy car for the next day. Quite an enjoyable unit.
When I presented for pick up, the assistant service manager realised that he had not contacted me to postpone pick up. He was very transparent and genuine about the situation. Very helpful indeed. I had no problem with his approach despite h...Read more

Anyone been done wrong by by Nissan Neil Beer?

why is Nissan allowed to get away with the bad way in which they treat customers with legitimate issues. aren't these reviews enough to spark some legal fall back? They are happy to take your money but when dangerous issues occur in the vehicle they have no real care factor. CVTs are putting peoples lives in danger and they still repair but the problems come back.

I Got my Nissan Quashqai on March 2015.
There is peel off of Colour in the front of my vehicle and inside at the doors too. we went to Liverpool Nissan. they Clicked photo and send it to the main office. we got a call saying that since the warranty has expired and we need to pay for that one after having certain discount.
I have one question to them its been 3 years 5 months that we have purchased, is Nissans quality that cheap that its colour tears apart not even riding 4 years? If any customer wants photos please email me at [email removed]
I am highly disappointed with Nissan and would request all new buyers to rethink about buying Nissan.
I have recently done servicing for 80000km and paid $436. Nothing has changed. No smoothness nothing. I dont know why we were charged that much and they said for 80000km there will be special servicing? Is this the servicing that they referred?
I would like to request all new customers to rethink before buying Nissan product.
