The consultation process was fantastic, I could not fault [name removed] and the build itself was quick but I have nothing positive to say about the site supervisor and what happened during the build or handover. The site supervisor breached my confidentiality by sharing personal details regarding my payments with my grandparents making them feel extremely uncomfortable and preventing them from returning to the site as they were driving and walking through my block frequently before this incident. Although we are disappointed with the kitchen and means we need to find our own Kitchen/Cabinetry provider to fix at our cost, Oakford listened objectively to our concerns to try and resolve where they could. Unfortunately have been let down by their kitchen contractors.

At this point the Site Supervisor has been excellent and probably one of the best out of the last 3 construction projects we have done with other builders. We have been impressed also with the sales consultant and senior manager.

I would like to express my disappointment with Oakford Homes. I love my Oakford home, well I did until the outside brickwork started to crack.
Their 25 year Structural Warranty led me to believe that the damage would be repaired! It all started well, then came the huge variations that we weren't told about for 5 months of planning.
