Easy part of moving houses

Very simple steps to get the connection. Customer Connection Information Desk is very quick to respond to my queries. Booking an installation appointment is very convenient.

Great service
I had a problem with internet connection that the service provider did not solve. I contacted Opticomm and the problem was solved within 15 minutes, because they knew what they were doing. They fixed the problem. They were polite and helpful.

Connection Setup a Breeze
Super fast response once I had made payment. Automated response said 24 hours - actual time was about 15 minutes! Appointment made for the day we move in (4 days notice). Very friendly and easy to understand customer service too.

It was the easier experience I've had when organising a new property in my life.
Never have i had an experience with telecom where it was this easy. I called up to request connection and had everything booked in and completed in under 10 minutes and my connection at the property was connected in under a week. Great Service!!

Super fast response!
I was inquiring about getting my home address connected. They were very quick to respond on 3 separate occasions. Even arranged a tech to come over within a week to do the actual hardware installation. So far so good. Hopefully the connection process will go smoothly as well.

My opticomm box has completely powered off. It will power on if I constantly hold down the on/off button but powers off again if I let go. What is this issue? A problem with the box? This is the second issue I’ve had with opticomm in a matter of months. I have called my service provider iiNet three times today to try and get the problem escalated but is taking ages. I’m without any signal for my TV/Foxtel and internet services. I called opticomm directly but was told I had to go through my service provider which is disappointing as they surely could have seen I have had a recent issue.
