Made an in store purchase and the staff were great. Very happy with the product and considering buying more furniture

We bought a lounge suite and furniture package. Adele and staff were happy to leave us alone to browse but were also happy to answer any questions we had. We are so happy with our purchases and will definitely shop there again.

I went into the port Kennedy store a few times to find the right couch for a our new home. Adele and her staff we amazing and not too pushing. When we made our decision Adele made sure it would be ready to be delivered when we were ready! She was amazing and I will be back in the future

Super happy with my new lounge room set up as it was empty before! All quality solid furniture all ready put together(minus the side table and dining chairs but they were easy as cake) so none of the trying to interpret IKEA instructions the value for money on the package deal is amazing. The delivery is a bit tricky as they only offer 2 day thought the week including weekend in which they deliver so if you work every day like I do it almost near impossible to work out when to get it dropped off but the delivery its self was quick and efficient I'm not sure about being charged $30 for 15mins to use an elevator though? Other than that I'm really happy with my buy!

There was a minor issue with one of the bed frames and within hours I had a return call and a solution to this
