Terrible Trampolines Dont Buy
Purchased this and within 1st month the net broke. Replaced under warranty
3 years later the net enclosure and matting has all disintegrated and fall apart.
Called the PLUM Helpline to replace net and matting and this costs more than a brand new trampoline with delivery fees to Western Australian

Christmas Day Farce! One Day Old and I am concerned!
We have bought the 10ft Trampoline for $199 from ALDI primarily for our 3yrd old son.
Instructions could have been clearer, though overall Set up was fairly simple.
Construct, despite the price I expected to be solid. Ensuring the safety of my children.
NOT THE CASE!!! The nuts and bolts are an absolute JOKE and SAFETY CONCERN!
In a effort to tighten the weak metal clamps so as the legs are completely stable, I have snapped 5 off and had to replace them with much stronger ones. Though metal clamps have now bent and the legs are not holding upright at all.
The netting I would have expected to be softer and less abrasive for the kids. ...Read more
The threading system required for the net is questionable and a complete mini tool should be provided as opposed to being requires whipping something up "Macgyver Style". Three (3) Springs appear to be have lost their "Full" spring already. The amount of poor reviews that I read on here is deeply concerning. The old adage "You get what you pay for" is true in most instances. However I would have thought that $200 is still a solid amount to spend for most families, in the hope that they have purchased a product that with last for years to come. Likewise a trampoline that I had as a child lasted us 15years for comparitive the cost. Very disappointed at this present moment and hope to find a resolve soon.1 comment

Fine for the price
We've had this nearly a year now and the only problem we've had are the bolts breaking all the time.(touch wood) We have only ever had 8 and 12 year old children on this. Yet they broke only months after having it up. After reading the reviews on this prior to buying it I was wary on the zip and it tearing so we haven't used the zip but I can see how the netting would come away from the zip. It is in a sunny position and I haven't had any problems with the padding. Good price for a trampoline and so far so good (bar the screws). As with most things you get what you pay for. It's been fine for us.

Absolute garbage. Save your money.
We bought this trampoline xmas 2013. It is now a pile of rusting, broken, torn and falling apart crap. I bought it for my 3 year daughter. She's the only one who has used it and it is just crap. Springs are rusting, safety mat and net lasted about 6 months, pole guards are now non existent. I find it interesting that Plum Products, on this review site, say that the tramp is tested for 3 years U.V. exposure but they only offer a 12 month warranty. Put your money where you mouth is. How about you send someone to my house to see how well your garb...Read more
age holds up. I had a tramp as a kid, i'm one of seven children. We all gave it a workout and only after we all moved out did my dad cut it up to get rid of it. Never broke a spring or had any U.V. problems. It sat in the same spot in our backyard for 20 years. But i have to say, thank you Plum Products, now i know to never buy any of your products ever again. If i could, i'd rate it less than one star.1 comment

Lasted a year. Terrible. Won't buy again
Bought the 10ft from aldi as pictured. Sure it was cheap and you get what you pay for. Frame had a slight wobble from day 1 - can't tighten any further. At 12 months old, bad distinigration of the pads - turned white from the sun and surface coming away. Used by 2 kids only under 15kg each. No adult use. Safety netting ripping at seams in many spots. Won't use now due to the risk. Now just over a year old and will buy a more expensive brand next time. Plum, please use quality components - wouldn't cost much more in the scheme of things. Don't chase the dollar when kids safety is at risk

Disheartening and very disappointed
Not happy with the Plum trampoline we purchased a year ago and the first 3months the ripper broke then the clasp on the side the stitiching came off- the net on the top of the poles have ripped as well. We thought we were buying a quality trampoline but we were wrong very disappointed to see our two girls have to look at the trampoline through the window as it is too dangerous for them to play in.

Disappointed....
After just 18 months, our Plum trampoline mat has a rip in it from general use, the safety net is tearing at the top where the white material is and our safety mats has deteriated where all the elastic has broken and is no longer held in place. I certaintly expected more than 18 months out of this product. I thought I was buying a superior product, but am very disappointed with the quality.

TERRIBLE QUALITY - Only lasted a year!!!!!!
I agree with all of the earlier posts, very poor quality. Ours was bought in Xmas 2012 (18 months ago) for a gentle 4 year old and within a few months the zip had broken, the mats had began to fade and disintigrate. The net is now torn. Obviously it is not an expensive spring free however I thought we would get at least 3 or 4 years out of it.....
Anyone considering a plum trampoline DON'T!!!!!
Pay a bit extra...

Now dangerous after 2 yrs.
Bought ours at Kmart for $199 as Grandma's present to our 3yo. The mesh around the zip gave way within the first few months, so we dutifully sewed it up ourselves: mend and make do when you're flat out parents. By the end of yr 1 the safety pad had faded and was starting to crack. Then the green fabric holding the mesh enclosure to the upright poles perished and gave way: zippy ties to hold that up. Now, two years after purchase, the mesh enclosure has pulled away from the bottom and kids can slide out underneath, the green padding has totally...Read more
faded and perished and the white padding inside is exposed and deteriorating, the mesh enclosure is hanging down and looks terrible, and the green foam padding around the poles is exposed and powdering away. I'm always finding bits of these materials on our lawn and in the gardens. Oddly the trampoline surface, springs and the tubular base are all in great condition - which is what you would expect. Its a good design, but is made of poor materials. It starts falling apart after a few months, then more parts start failing, with this becoming a safety hazard after 2 yrs.1 comment

I've been giving a contact number to try and ring you but it keeps saying my call has failed!!! How do I go about getting this fixed!!!

Disappointed - Didn't last 12 months -poor quality
Purchased at Kmart our Plum 10ft trampoline used by a 4 and 6 year old soon deteriated in the Perth sun. The zip broke quite early, causing alarm when one child fell out the broken zipper. The pads have cracked and crumbled, the net now 18 months later is a saggy mess in our back yard and its too dangerous for children to use. Very disappointed at how fast this product has deteriated. Now searching for replacement nets and pads but may as well buy a whole new tramp because of expense of replacing accessories.
easy to assemble
deteriated quickly and then became dangerous.

Not what I expected.
Unfortunately I was very upset with the quality of the plum 10 foot trampoline. It was purchased by grandparents for our children for Christmas and has fallen apart within 10 months. We are not happy as the children are no longer playing on it due to the damaged net and spring mat. We were hoping to get at least 2 years out of a trampoline not 10 months.
Netting ripped and deteriorated, spring mat stretched and deteriorated.

We have exactly the same comment as above, now searching for replacement net and pads and they're more expensive than the whole setup. Very poor quality.
We have the exact comments to say as above and now have a dangerous Plum tramp purchased at Kmart also now sitting in our yard. Googling replacement nets and pads and may as well buy a whole new trampoline. Very poor quality.

Poorly made product.
I made the mistake of purchasing a plum products trampoline for my children and my niece at Kmart. Both lasted just 12 months before the mat ripped all the way around and all the foam came falling out. Net ripped and products so badly made the once the sun hits the poles the plastic holding the net up ot just disintegrate and fall off the main frame. My daughter was only 1yr and my niece 2yrs so theres no way they were the cause of the damage. Now to replace its going to cost more than what we paid for the terrible thing. DO NOT BUY ONE TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
poorly made and doesnt last. mat rips and net falls apart.

Okay not great
Fairly easy to set up and my children love it. However the springs don't last very long and break and fly off in all directions. I need to replace about 15 springs. The other parts seem durable. The price seemed very good, possible due to the poor quality springs. I am trying to work out where I can order them.
Inexpensive, easy to setup
Poor springs!

Our 12 ft is about 12 months old. I have had to repair the netting twice now and it is no longer reparable. The rest of the trampoline is good. My kids love the trampoline but I am not so keen for them to be using it without the safety net working properly. What is the process for getting a replacement net? is it covered under warranty? I am in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Since the last time I commented the net on this Trampoline has got worse. I am now dismantling it due to safety issues. I do not recommend this Trampoline to anyone. I wouldn't even give it a 1 out of 5 stars.
Did you get it from the warehouse?

We have been given as a present the 10ft trampoline from aldi for $200 from the grandparents. My husband started to assemble it and the frame has started to buckle. He tried to tighten the bolts on the legs and broke one. Is there a reason why it is buckling?
3 answers
Hi Mayvis
my husband put it together. Everytime we have had a screw break we've gone up to the hardware store and bought new ones to put in it's place and that's stopped the poles sliding down and the trampoline being so different in places.
Hope this helps.
Hi. Yes we guessed we would have to buy stronger bolts. But i still dont understand why the frame is buckled? Is that because the bolts are not tight enough and bringing it together. I really have no idea
Plum Products A.Plum Play
Hi,
We hope this has now been resolved.
We offer after sales service for all our customers and are always here to assist with spare parts.
The reason this may have been buckling is because the enclosure net was not installed at the time. Once the enclosure net is installed the trampoline evens out and therefore will reline the shape.
With regards to the bolts - these are available for purchase should you require any replacements.
Please let us know if we can assist you any further.

Purchased a 10ft plum trampoline with enclosure & ladder. 3 of the bolts have broken off the leg clamps & the legs look bent & wobbly.
It's not safe. The number I've been given to call in regards to warranty is closed for another week, this is supposed to be a Xmas present for my kids & now they can't use it.
Has anyone else had similar problems & been able to rectify it?

Hi Belinda, my husband went to the hardware store and bought different screws to replace the ones that broke. Ones that are stronger. and haven't had any problems with the new ones screwed in. Hope this helps.

The reason this may have been wobbly may be due to the surface this was on. Please ensure this is on a flat and stable surface.
