It has been a fantastic experience building with Plunkett homes. They are very professional and helpful.
My special thanks goes to Sumit for the right custom design with lots of different ideas compiled together and standing with us through out the building process. He is very helpful and professional, full of nice design ideas.

I have recently built a Hampton house with Plunkett Homes.My experience with Plunkett begins with meeting Sumit sindwani (Sales person) from the intial concept stage through completion.Sumit was outstanding in every way, he provided great advise to draft a perfect design to our dream home.He does 100% concern for customer satisfaction which was very helpful throughout the project.I would highly recommend Sumit and Plunkett to anyone looking for a quality builder.We are very happy customer of Plunkett Homes.

Building process was smooth and overall experience was good. There were couple of hiccups in between but Sumit was always there to assist and sort it out for us along with Amy & Kazia
My building supervisor Glenn was also really good in dealing with all our queries.

We have been extremely disappointed in the process to have our flooring issue dealt with by Plunkett. It has now gone on for over 2 years and we are currently in a situation where our flooring throughout our house needs replacing. This will be the 3rd flooring system. We believe Plunkett have failed in their QA processes and communication since the start. We attempted to provide a fair solution where Plunkett and the supplier could satisfactorily resolve our issues. We felt patronised by management and we were told that Plunkett would not provide assistance. We are now dealing directly with the supplier to resolve our issues.

Very quick build. Always willing to help with any issues I had. Site manager was accessible most of the time.
Quality was excellent. Only had a few small issues and most were sorted easily without a fuss.
Next to no unforeseen costs. Everything aligned well.
Overall it was an easy process and I didnt have to go much out of my way to sort everything.

We are Satisfied, and so happy that Sumit and Kazia was there to help every time we needed them. Final cost was as per we were informed / expected, as we didn't have to upgrade hardly anything, since whatever Sumit Sindhwani assigned in the basic cost were of best quality (which would have to pay thousands with many other builders to upgrade).
The work was completed before the actual time mentioned.

We are about halfway through our build and Plunkett have been excellent. We chose Plunkett because we loved the design of the Long Island but also because of Plunkett's great reputation and of being long established builders. Amy Kay has been our new build liaison and she has been great from the word go. She is always there if we need her. We have Iain as our building supervisor and he has also always been on hand if we have any questions. He has organised the tradesmen so well and the work has been of great quality. We can't wait to see our beautiful house finished.

From the moment we went through their display homes, we could see that the quality was amazing. Bryan was so helpful in designing a home to suit our needs. From there Sue couldn't do enough for us. They were so quick with all the plans/shire approvals and before we knew it the slab was down. From there Reece was great. Really couldn't have asked for a more lovely, quality built home. Can def see why they have been a top builder so so long. Thank you all.

Plunkett were super helpful and supportive through this whole process. From the designer Ben to Sue my liaison officer and finally the site supervisor Reece. Nothing has been too much trouble, advice has been excellent and the finish is wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome.
