Store was easy to navigate, Larry was tremendous to deal with. I cannot make other comments as I won’t get the sofa for 15-17 weeks which is disappointing though understandable

After coming into the store a few times I knew the exact sofa I wanted and after meeting with Melissa who was extremely friendly and helpful I bought my first sofa. Can't wait for it to arrive.

The store would benefit if more effort were spent in creating more engaging settings for your sofas.

A little more attention to detail with the correct items on the quote would have helped me ordering the product online via my account, I was unable to change the left and right online as it was incorrect in the quote.

Always dread the shopping for anything big experience! Not so at Plush. Larry was helpful, friendly and not pushy at all. Had a great and easy time ordering our new sofas. Came home and decided we wanted to add a Snuggle Sofa, rang Larry and it was done in minutes. Highly recommend

My wife has been searching for a new suite with recliner chairs. She tried the Cameo incliner sofa in the Myaree store and we returned the next day to test it. Lauren explained the functions of the sofa, covering options and delivery time. We placed our order for a 2 seater incliner and 2.5 seater small fixed sofa that day. The order was fully explained and verified including the cooling off period, delivery options, protective treatment and final payment terms. the store was light and bright and very welcoming.
Lauren was very confident in explaining the in and outs off the workings of the suite we were about purchase.

Larry provided me with outstanding service, was patient and assisted me with measurements and drawings. He sent emails confirming quotes and went through the warranty and all the booklets he gave me.

The store is very well set out and easy to manoeuvre and see all the furniture. There could have been a bigger range but I realize you can adjust configurations to suit. One of the reasons I chose from the store was because of the good quality.

Larry was a knowledgable and friendly sales person. We haven't received our couches yet but the initial store experience was very positive. We can't wait for our furniture to arrive.

Went into the store numerous times as I was unsure if the color to choose, the staff welcomed me every time and I was well informed about all aspects of the plush quality and warranty. Very happy with Lauren and loved her warm approach.

Happy with the service, felt well informed about our purchase. Went into the store this morning as a family to find a leather couch with chaise and sofa bed to replace our current couch. Lauren assisted us with helpful information and directed us straight to the couch we were to purchase later on when returning to the store on the same day.

I returned the next day to complete sale and paperwork was again quickly completed.
