It was a pleasure dealing with Dawn Sherwell from the time of my inquiry to placing an order (Cooper leather Ottoman). She responded quickly when I asked for a leather swatch and gave me an online quote. She was also quick in replying my emails about my other queries on the product. Excellent customer service, Dawn!

We would love to personally thank Dawn for her assistance with our new furniture for our brand new home! She was such a pleasure to deal with. We ordered 5 pieces from the Santa Monica range (the 2 seater sofa, armchair, 3 seater with left-hand chaise, 4 seater corner modular with left-side terminal and ottoman) and they got delivered today, which was much sooner than anticipated (thank you, Plush!) Delivery and assembly went smoothly (thank you, boys!!) The furniture is gorgeous, of great quality and so comfortable!

Initially I found the online store quite easy to navigate however when I went to use the ‘build your own’ lounge it was a little confusing as the colour I wanted wasn’t listed; so I opted to use the web chat.
Dawn was the online sales assistant who helped me with dimensions and components to make sure the lounge would fit in my room. Dawn was very knowledgeable and closed the sale! Thanks!

I have not received the product but entered an incorrect address when ordering. I called the contact no and left details. Jarod A then contacted me and assured me he had changed my address to 1/12 xxxxxx instead of 1/1 xxxxxx. He was extremely efficient and courteous so thank you Jarod A
