Dawn was excellent. I received a very prompt call and was provided all the information I needed, made arrangements and confirmed with a quick email. Plush has excellent products that I recommend.

My experience with the online store was the best I have ever experienced. Lisa went out of her way to accommodate my requests and make my choice informed considering I was hours away from any showroom.

I am looking forward to my new sofa. I was assisted by Huan who answered all my questions patiently and with good humour and was very knowledgeable as well. Plush has a huge range of sofas and the website gives a great service to the customer with choice of styles, configuration, fabric or leather, and choice of feet. I was very glad to receive swatches of fabric as the colours were not rendered accurately on my monitor. All in all a good experience.

Lisa was very helpful in sorting out our order quickly and efficiently. She was extremely quick to reply to any queries and issues that we had.

Dealing with Plush via Lisa was an absolute pleasure. Lisa went well beyond what was required to help me out with the purchase. She was always on time with follow up calls and emails and even went as far as calling up the finance company to assist with the application.

Saw the Austin recliner sofa at a friends house and was immediately impressed, living in a remote WA town with small ex mining homes it was perfect to open up the living area. Whilst viewing the Plush web site the chat window appeared and a lady named Dawn commenced to assist with the various custom designs available, at this stage I should say sorry Dawn, after ordering 6 samples of leather in light colours and a configuration that we thought we wanted we started all over again. Thanks for your patience Dawn cant wait for it to arrive, even though wifey kindly informed me today that we now have to repaint the living area.

We recently bought 2 sofas online and was extremely happy with the customer service. Lisa was absolutely amazing and so very helpful from start to finish. I must have rang the poor girl a dozen times but she was more then happy to answer my million questions!

I didn’t go in store, as I purchased online from Tasmania. The range when I look online is really great, and I love the colour options available. The different configurations are good too.

Excellent service from Lisa today - I had purchased a 1 year old plush swivel chair off a friend who was moving. I wanted to get a matching ottoman and within time of sales ending, and realized I had no idea what the fabric was. One poor quality distant photo I happened to have of this sofa was enough for Lisa to know exactly which fabric and what size, sending me a link to the exact one. Saved me so much drama (and money) - can't thank her enough!

Lisa was an amazing help to us in selecting and purchasing our lounge. She did a fantastic job of stepping us through the process and making sure our fabric selection was well considered.

I bought a Cameo Lounge online after much deliberation with Lisa using the online chat function. Her knowledge of Plush products and patience was 5 star. She went above and beyond what I have encounted before and was always contactable. Immediate quotes, numerous changes all no problem for her. The actual website itself is very good, easy to use, however would be better if all styles and colours could be added. I do hope the lounge is worth the price tag though.

Saw an ad and visited on-line store. Couldn't find item so went to "Chat". Very helpful. Turned out it was a new item. Huan organised a quote for me and we visited the local store. At the store we saw the item and many others. Good range of Sofa's and materials. Decided on another Sofa. Got answers to all our questions. We have now ordered our new Sofa and await delivery. Service so far was faultless.
