We could not have asked for a better experience. Our house design process was incredible, which was followed by the most knowledgeable and helpful prestart consultant. This was then topped off by the most amazing site supervisor who went above and beyond to make sure every tiny detail was perfect. The level of communication and quality of product have been mind blowing!

Our build has been fantastic with Red Ink homes. All our tradies have been fantastic and everyone in the team has gone above and beyond. Every detail has been executed to an exceptionally high standard. Our site supervisor was incredible and has made the experience so enjoyable, constantly ensuring we were happy. Would highly recommend building with Red Ink!

We were nervous at first to build with any builder but having completed our due diligence we decided to proceed with Redink. They have been very accommodating with me being onsite most days doing my jobs a key deciding factor for us. The standard of the build has been outstanding with all the trades being amazingly fast and the quality is superb. I particularly liked the flexibility that Redink supervisor worked with us during the build. We altered a few things during the build but otherwise it was within the budget specified. For a large 762 sqm home to be build in 7 months is pretty amazing.

Must be post build!! I am the third owner of a 10 year old Redink home, which had no soak wells installed at construction. WHY NOT? It is my understanding that these are mandatory, and were so even 10 years ago. I was just "scouting around" on the internet, and discovered the opportunity to comment on this "shortcoming".
I would greatly appreciate your reply, now knowing my options.

Building a first home we were very nervous about the whole process and how daunting it seemed. Moving to another country was massive. Considering building our own home? Enormous. Engaging with RedInk- a dream. From day 1 our design thoughts, plans, ideas for an easy to run,low maintenance home we’re listened to, created, tweaked and finally brought to life. We followed from base to keys the build process and admired the workmanship & efficiency of the trades involved. No issues were really experienced, all went to timetable and the budget we created was followed to the finish. A very pleasurable process.

The planning and build process was smooth and efficient with plenty of handy advice offered. All concerns were addressed in a timely manner with no fuss and no stress on our part. Happy with the planning and contract, the workmanship, the communication throughout the construction and the final touches to complete our home.

Prior to working with RedInk Homes, I had decided to build my first home on my own without much prior knowledge of the processes I needed to follow. Building with Redink homes has been by far one of the greatest experiences we have been through. They are quick, responsive and perfectionists when building homes. My husband and I are midway through our build and have Troy Heard as our superivsor, who has gone above and beyond for our build, treating it as if it were his own.
I apprieciate everything redink has done for us and would highly reccomend to anyone who is considering building.

We were very cautious when selecting our builder for our new home. We settled on Redink homes, not just on the cost, but willingness to listen and build a house to our needs.
From design to completion the entire team were great. The communication was rapid and transparent. They listened to our minor changes during the build and without too much trouble actioned as required.
The multiple trades workmanship and attitude was excellent throughout the build.
The cost from contract to completion had a few minor variations, due to us changing a few items.
They delivered our house on time and on budget to a very high standard.

Signed PPA with Redink Perth a couple of months ago. At the time, I was promised that they would match the inclusions from another builder. After a few weeks, I found that there were some missing inclusions that weren't included in their PPA. When asked for those items to be included after, they asked for additional costs. Thank you to the whole team for whats turned out to be an incredible first home. I thought from my first meeting wth Niklas that the team at Redink held high standards with their professionalism. The quality of the build has been first class with their tradesman ship and fantastic promotions. Every build will have minor issues or delays but I thought Redink were excellent to respond. Eleanor (sales), Rachel and Connie were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. All our numerous queries were dealt with on a pleasant, timely and consistent basis with good grace. Our experience with RedInk has been of a very high standard. All the stages of the build from conception through to handover have been exemplary. Even on those rare occasions where we had concerns, the staff were able to rectify issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Where costs are concerned I feel we got more for our money than we ever could have expected.

We definitely overcooked it when we first started our building process, we spoke to way too many builders who took way too long to provide us with what we wanted.

Anthony managed to narrow down our floor plan in just a couple of hours. We got what we wanted in a price point we were happy with.

The handover to Rachel (Pre-Start and variation guru) was smooth sailing. Every email and phone call was answered in a timely manner and she was just wonderful to deal with.

We're incredibly happy with our new home built by Redink Homes. We chose Redink because of their quality of inclusions and value for money. Double glazed windows as standard was the deal-breaker as our electricity is off-grid. They also had our dream house plan, the Ferguson, which had everything we wanted. We only made a few very minor tweaks to the floor plan. We found all staff at Redink to be professional, courteous and just generally helpful and lovely people. Redink were hard to fault. We had a friendly and helpful initial consultant, a thorough and knowledgeable supervisor who used quality tradesmen. The pre-start interview was also smooth. Our build with Redink couldnt have been smoother, havent had a single hiccup since the build had commenced. They accommodated us in each and every way. The house was fully customisable which no other builder was willing to do in our budget. They let us do owner siteworks which saved us heaps. The build quality couldnt be better and the problems were immediately sorted. Would like to appreciate our Client Liaison and Supervisor for making this journey wonderful. We are very happy to move into our first home.
Our final cost was lower that what we signed. Our build was very well managed, very prompt to our queries. Wish i could give more stars to these people.
