When doing research on my chosen builders Redink stood out with fabulous sales staff and I could not fault the build teams. The main comment from friends and family was how quick the build went and the great quality of the finishes. Our build was great, Ash Salaam helped us to navigate everything, and it was on time after a hiccup with the BAL rating on the land. All the staff were helpful and prompt with any requests we made. We expected costs to be higher due to changes we made to the plans but we came in on the budget we had made for ourselves . Workmanship has been exellent. We have a couple of small things to get done at 6mth maintainence, but nothing major. We are very happy with the resulting build.

Dean was fantastic in helping me design and start building my first home! He always went above and beyond to ensure my needs and wants were met, I came in under budget, and things got done on time. Within 4 business days of settlement, my slab went down...can't get any better than that! Thanks Dean and the Team at Redink!

Redink homes sales agent lied about many things even on issue with the common drive way, he designed the house by putting the entrance in the neighbours have exclusive rights, it’s been six months until now he continued his lies saying that the neighbours exclusive drive way rights will be overruled by the city council,

We could not have asked for a better experience. Our house design process was incredible, which was followed by the most knowledgeable and helpful prestart consultant. This was then topped off by the most amazing site supervisor who went above and beyond to make sure every tiny detail was perfect. The level of communication and quality of product have been mind blowing!

Our build has been fantastic with Red Ink homes. All our tradies have been fantastic and everyone in the team has gone above and beyond. Every detail has been executed to an exceptionally high standard. Our site supervisor was incredible and has made the experience so enjoyable, constantly ensuring we were happy. We were nervous at first to build with any builder but having completed our due diligence we decided to proceed with Redink. They have been very accommodating with me being onsite most days doing my jobs a key deciding factor for us. The standard of the build has been outstanding with all the trades being amazingly fast and the quality is superb. I particularly liked the flexibility that Redink supervisor worked with us during the build. We altered a few things during the build but otherwise it was within the budget specified. For a large 762 sqm home to be build in 7 months is pretty amazing.

Must be post build!! I am the third owner of a 10 year old Redink home, which had no soak wells installed at construction. WHY NOT? It is my understanding that these are mandatory, and were so even 10 years ago. I was just "scouting around" on the internet, and discovered the opportunity to comment on this "shortcoming".
I would greatly appreciate your reply, now knowing my options.

Moving to another country was massive. Considering building our own home? Enormous. Engaging with RedInk- a dream. From day 1 our design thoughts, plans, ideas for an easy to run,low maintenance home we’re listened to, created, tweaked and finally brought to life. We followed from base to keys the build process and admired the workmanship & efficiency of the trades involved. No issues were really experienced, all went to timetable and the budget we created was followed to the finish. A very pleasurable process.

The planning and build process was smooth and efficient with plenty of handy advice offered. All concerns were addressed in a timely manner with no fuss and no stress on our part. Happy with the planning and contract, the workmanship, the communication throughout the construction and the final touches to complete our home.

Building with Redink homes has been by far one of the greatest experiences we have been through. They are quick, responsive and perfectionists when building homes. My husband and I are midway through our build and have Troy Heard as our superivsor, who has gone above and beyond for our build, treating it as if it were his own.
I apprieciate everything redink has done for us and would highly reccomend to anyone who is considering building.
