I thought so when I first purchased my 3 policies but prices have gone up a great deal. It did not take too long for the claim to be settled, but not much given back. I have been with this company for 10 years plus

Setting up process was simple and person I spoke to was really great with answering all my questions and explaining things in an easy to understand way. Great customer service.

I was very happy with the whole process, since lodging the claim until resolving it. It was very easy, smooth, no dramas. Having a sick pet is stressful and all you need is support, that's what i have got.

Lodging claims is easy and your vet can do it for you too! Claims don't take long to be resolved. I've been with them for about 10 years now. From issues with grass seeds, diabetes, cateracts and cancer it's been well worth the premiums to be covered.

Insured my dog with RSPCA recently. Had to make an unexpected Claim as a new claimant &was amazing as it took no time to process & the Policy is excellent value.

Good value and easy to set up... easy to lodge a claim through the vet... I have had hounds insured with RSPCA since 2008... seven greyhounds have been insured at one time or another...

I found claiming for the first time with RSPCA quite easy, everything is user friendly and can be done and uploaded online. My claim response was quick with a 72 hour turn around time, as promised I received an 80% return. I’d rate that highly satisfying.

The only thing that bothers me is the increasing policy every year, sure there’s inflation but these businesses don’t realise our pay hasn’t increased with inflation for years, I can see this becoming unaffordable in another two years with increases.

Yes the policy was east to set up. I enjoyed how personable Charlie was. She was passionate about her job and it makes the client feel good. Thank you Charlie!

I barely handled anything and the money was paid into my account within a week. Couldn’t ask for anything better! For the price you pay the service was unbelievable. I have only been with them 6 months as well

The policy appears to be good value as it caters for a small breed of dog. The policy also caters for any potential health issues and conditions which are linked to this small breed. The policy was easy to set up with the representative and the questions and the information was relevant when starting this policy.

Always good value, super quick to acknowledge and pay the claim, I have enjoyed RSPCA Insurance cover for our wonderful 4 legged fur baby for 8 years....who unfortunately has had many incidents.

I found the claim process to be fairly easy but I feel that it was a slow process to finalise the claim this time when usually it's a much faster process

Started the pet insurance with RSPCA three years ago when I got my pup, such an easy process all done online. I was soon using the insurance as you do with a new puppy and they were marvellous at processing my claims quickly. Then to top off their efficiency they introduced “no cap” which means I can take my dog to the vet and they send the claim off to RSPCA in the office and within a short time they have accepted it and I just pay the small cap fee, I even leave my card details with my vet and go home they then advise me of the gap they have claimed for me on my card.
If you want a hassle free insurance company that you can rely on for excellent service this is definitely the company to go with.

Been with RSPCA since 2015. Over the years I have had minor claims however this year the doggie was diagnosed with cancer of the spleen. I have had to make numerous claims for her chemo treatment and would like to say a big 'THANK YOU'. You have made the online process simple, stress free and more importantly quick which is important in such times :)

We are very happy with how quick claims are processed. Fast and easy to do online. Would love it if we could claim our Pet Emergency as just paying the gap.

Have had three claims for my dog with no hassles. The last two were processed on the spot by the vet. Dog will be having surgery in a couple of weeks so really glad I took out the policy

Excellent communication during the whole process. Have insured 2 pets over 10 years and I wouldn’t want to be with our cover.
I don’t want to have to compromise on the care of our precious dog due to vet costs.
