Very poor implementation of a note device
Seems they had zero attention to detail in designing the note 9. Ignoring the lack of physical design, the note is a definitive down grade on the note 2.
The pen is exceptionally poorly integrated into the device!
Sure, there are little tricket apps that pop up when pulling the pen out. However any real day to day use such as those available in the note 2, you must manually go and set the pen keyboard in the settings, some 4 selections deep in setting menus each time you need to select between the pen!

oose to send a text, an email, a social app message or use a browser, you must first go to the depth of setting menus of around 4 selections and once found, choose the pen keyboard. And before that, you must install it as the Samsung keyboard does NOT support selecting the pen! It is there, but is not selectable. The google pen keyboard is the fix for this. Prediction is that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is destined to be another flop. Best keep the dollars in your pocket on this on unfortunately.1 comment

Bad customer service and product
Having problem in note 9 from very second day of my purchased, it's been a 3 weeks now no samsung employees wants to fix. Every department transferring me to one dept. to other. I won't recommend buying any samsung product. Terrible experience with these people. Rude and unprofessional support team.

It's pretty amazing!!
I got this phone a week after it was released. I love the big whole screen! Being able to take photos and navigate throughout the phone with the pen was a bonus for me! I haven't used many of the features because I'm still learning about it, but it has Bixby which is so convenient and also has a lot of additional apps already installed like Excel, Word etc

How do I get music from my desktop to my note 9?

if you meant mp3 then you can copy the files via usb cable. On Note 9 pull down notification panel and change USB mode for file transfer

Hi Robert,
You can click and drag certain music files from your PC to device.
1). Connect your device via cable to a PC
2). On your PC, when it prompts you what action you'd like to make with the device - Select open files
3). In the device, find the music folder
4). Click, drag and drop the music file into the device's music folder
