Ash from Australia Seniors is most helpful. I already have home contents insurance with Seniors, my experience then was very good too. Seniors is now my favourite insurance company and I will recommend it to friends and relatives.

Good price. Too many phone calls

Premiums are competitive for comprehensive car insurance when buying online. However for home and contents they are $600 more expensive than AAMI comparing apples w apples. Too many follow up phone calls( from nice people) which are triggered by each quote enquire in the website

I think my policy is of good value. A bit lengthy and repetitive with the PDS.Too many questions,Otherwise it is easy to set up.This is my first time purchasing A Drive less Pay less Insurance.

Lengthy and Repetitive Set Up Process

You are required to provide your bank details, prior to consenting to a policy. You must also agree to automatic renewal. However, the premium was considerably less than I am currently paying.

Good value for low kilometre drivers. All requests catered for. Insurance a necessary requirement. Hopefully I will never have to claim against the policy, but if I do it won’t be a bad experience.

Customer service excellent. I haven't needed to make any claims as yet, so I can't comment on that. But although wait times on call were long, service rep offered to call me back in am when wait times were shorter. That helped so much.

Competitive premium though I haven't experienced claims yet

Their premium is the very competitive, possibly the cheapest when I've gathered quotes and I like that they give you a lower premium if you nominate the kilometres you'll drive and various add-on options. It's very helpful to minimise extra payments. The website is also very easy to go around with and very straight forward quote. I am a new member and haven't claimed any but I hope it will also be a breeze.

I had used NRMA for over 20 years with one minor claim in that time. I felt their premium was too high this year and it had increased substantially over the last two years with the value of my car going downhill. Seniors saved me over $200.

My existing insurer sent me a renewal notice that was nearly $1,000 dearer than last years premium. I sought a quote from Australian Seniors online, which was followed up by a phone call by a call from them. The Australian Seniors representative confirmed my details and requirements, and gave me a quote that was nearly $1,000 cheaper than my existing insurer, and with superior policy provisions. Great service, very happy.

I Can see lovely review and I'm interested to get my comprehensive insurance from Australian Seniors, but I have two questions :

1-when you are asking about annual kilometer, I'm using my car less than 10000Kms a year, but when I purchased the car its odometer was showing 52000 kilometers so if you divide 50000 by 4 (car is for 2015) it would be 13000 kms per year, I don't know what should I put ?(divide odometer number by year or my estimation ? maybe last seller was using a lot but not the new owner !!)

2-when you are asking when did you get your license, I got my license 20 years ago but in Australia I got my license 5 years ago which one should I write (if its for Australia can you correct your form then there shouldn't be any confusion.

Your start odometer reading is your car's odometer reading that you advise to us before you enter into your period of insurance and as the Pay As You Drive cover is based on the distance you estimate you will be driving during the period of insurance.
Regarding your question about your driving experience, we do factor in the total years you have had a valid driving licence (excluding learner's licence and permits); including an international licence.
