Pay as you Drive - saved heaps
Time to renew my car insurance and did the usual research. Decided on this one because of reviews on customer service and Pay as you Drive option. Saved quite a bit as I do low kms.

Glad to have purchased a car insurance policy for my car with Seniors .. competitive but good value. I found the website easy to follow and the questions were easy to answer making the whole process quite simple. Am confident this is a reliable company to be with. Have used before for travel insurance and were wonderful when we had a serious medical issue just days before our planned trip.

No one is answering. Is there anyone in there?
Signed up online, Policy looked OK.
Clicked on the Pay by Credit card button then got an E-mail with Policy details
stating that My Payment Option was Direct Debit something I clearly would never agree to.
In fact I avoided that payment option button at checkout when I clicked credit Card.
So I immediately sent off an e-mail to the so called Customer Support to get their ERROR removed from the Policy document and find out why they think it's OK to put false details on a policy?

Great product
It was very pleasant to find that not only do I get recognition and reward for my maturity but also the fact that my vehicle isn’t used much. Being a fifo worker I’m home for less than 6 months a year. The flexibility of this product is fantastic. The customer service and follow up was spot on. Thank you

Great!
Good value. Had a few problems intitially with payment but was able to complete the transaction on-line and so receive 20% off. Very competitive and I was happy to cancel my current policy and be refunded the amount due which I put towards this policy.

Good but long.
To many p&p not a good Skype connection
Takes to long needs to be shortened the process is painful. Consultant was an overtalker. Spoke really fast not very personable bit to serious.

Give Seniors Insurance a go
I only pay for the kilometers I drive. As my vehicle is mostly garaged 12 months of the year having only travelled 700kms. I have been able to reduce the amount of my Comprehensive Insurance with Seniors Insurance.

I have used your product for about one year. The customer service guy I had connected with; Guy, was very helpful in explaining the policy document, even pointing out a couple of mistakes I'd made in my online application. This saved me a couple of more dollars.

Great. Clear and concise.
Good value and clearly explained. We have a new policy. We have not made a claim for many years. Roadside assistance was not an issue for us as we have RACQ.

Difficulty registering for log in
I am happy with the policy and price, staff have been friendly however wrong department and went back to waiting on phone for a person to discuss difficulty to register on line. I attempted to register on line and notified difficulties to complete this task at this time and please contact via the phone number. prompted to the correct service department and waited for more than 15 minutes before giving up 3 times, I registered for a call back and didn't get it yet, 9 hours ago. I don't really care but it will be nice to access my policy on line, I realise that you are busy at this stage of global crisis so I will try again. However you have emailed me and asked the question of performance.

I Can see lovely review and I'm interested to get my comprehensive insurance from Australian Seniors, but I have two questions :
1-when you are asking about annual kilometer, I'm using my car less than 10000Kms a year, but when I purchased the car its odometer was showing 52000 kilometers so if you divide 50000 by 4 (car is for 2015) it would be 13000 kms per year, I don't know what should I put ?(divide odometer number by year or my estimation ? maybe last seller was using a lot but not the new owner !!)
2-when you are asking when did you get your license, I got my license 20 years ago but in Australia I got my license 5 years ago which one should I write (if its for Australia can you correct your form then there shouldn't be any confusion.

Your start odometer reading is your car's odometer reading that you advise to us before you enter into your period of insurance and as the Pay As You Drive cover is based on the distance you estimate you will be driving during the period of insurance.
Regarding your question about your driving experience, we do factor in the total years you have had a valid driving licence (excluding learner's licence and permits); including an international licence.
