Did not have time to completely research the field, but reasonably satisfied with Seniors Travel policy. We have not travelled yet, so cannot supply any further information. This is the first time we have purchased a policy with you.

Cover for a couple of health issues that would be normal in someone aged 80 would have quadrupled the cost of the policy, so decided to allow those to be excluded. Keeping our fingers crossed will be thousands cheaper! But at least they will cover some of that age...

I went to Seniors insurance because the website for the company I usually use, *****, wouldn't function properly. The Senior's site worked perfectly and it hardly took any time. The price was less than expected. I hope I don't have to claim, but if I do, I hope that will be easy too!

Easy enough to find the right policy and to pay for it, but it took 2 phone calls and four days for a copy of the policy to be emailed .

Very helpful and quick response from all on a good value travel policy. This is my first time with this company and hopefully I will be using them again in the future

We are confident that our policy is good value for us. We have not claimed in the past but the policy gives us pease of mind. We are looking forward to our cruise.

Suited our needs and was easy to set up over the phone. Always use Seniors travel. Have not had need to lodge a claim simply for peace of mind when travelling overseas.

Have used Seniors Insurance for a number of years and done extensive travel. Needed to make small claims twice and had no difficulties. It is easy to set up a policy via the website, but telephone assistance is always very helpful.

I am extremely pleased with ASTI's approach to someone with a pre-existing condition. By my answering a few medical questions, it was established that with my pre-existing condition I did not need a doctor's certificate. That made things a lot easer.

Yes This is the 3rd time we have used Senior Insurance for travel insurance.
WE have never lodged a claim The assistant at Castle Hill was very pleasant and further. She cover all aspects.

Couldn't complete online application without calling for assistance. Had to go through whole process again on the phone. When quote was emailed, couldn't finalize payment online without calling for assistance again. Whole process was very frustrating.

Yes, it was good value.. Never had a claim. 3 times before and will need insurance in the future for further travel. Being a senior it is a good choice to go with OZ Seniors Ins. .

Excellent customer service from Nikki. Comprehensive, very polite and knowledgeable, and left no stone unturned to help us. Brilliant, will be back again when we need travel insurance next time.

Had excellent advice from Georgia on the telephone setting up 3 policies for future travel. First experience with Seniors Insurance so hopefully all will go well. She was very patient and helpful.

Have not put policy into action as yet. The assistance we received was fabulous given the questions I needed answered. Call back for any circumstances will be of great value.

With their recent change to a new "underwriter", we were disappointed that emergency phone numbers were not provided. Since have been advised by separate email. ORE excellent service!

Was simple to set up and the price was excellent. Had compared/ tried other insurers but they were all too expensive due to the surcharge for pre-existing medical or they would not insure us. Will definitely use this company again and not just for travel insurances.

The policy cover provided was of very good value. the reason it was so easy to set up was that I went into the Castle Hill store and Lynn when through the questions and put them in the computer for me. As I do not leave until 24 th September I have not lodged any claim.

The policy was competitive and easy to organise. Have previously had Annual Policies but apparently not available now. Haven't needed to claim but good to have peace of mind in the event something happens.
