I had the most beautiful ladies today at the riccarton branch. So sweet and helpful! I feel so confident starting my teeth makeover, I have received every piece of information I asked for and have no worries or issues going forward

I was welcomed warmly by everyone there & they made the process very smooth & time efficient. I was very happy with the visit. They walked me through each step, asked if I understood along the way & I had everything answered by my incredible consultant Diane. Thank you so much Smile Direct Club Auckland, NZ. You guys rock!

Fast and efficient appointment. Answered all our questions. So just waiting for approval which I hope will be fast and then my baby can have her smile back. Our consultant Shopia was great.

I went there for a 3D scan of my teeth to see if this is something I want to do. The woman in the store told me to choose what payment I wanted to do without me even seeing the photos as to how my smile could look. They told me money was going to come out of my account in 3 days. I called customer service and found out that they have had many complaints about their shops doing this and this was in no way what is supposed to happen. You should get your scans back and then make a decision if you want them or not. That is when you talk about payment. I am not impressed.

Havent yet received it, but happy with the process so far! I'm excited to see what comes out of it and weather I am eligible for the retainer! Looking forward to it!

Literally the easiest, most pleasent experience. Far better than orthodontic visits! Bonus that it was super interesting too, getting to see the 3D image of my teeth. You guys are awesome!

When I was greeted by the two lovely ladies I felt very welcomed and safe. In the actual appointment, I was gratefully given all of the information I needed to understand the whole procedure and everything was well monitored under the Covid-19 protocols which I appreciated. My consultation was free and after I left, I was given a cute tote bag with a free whitening kit which I admired and their own lip balm as another perk. All I was advised to do was await a 'purple package' with all the fancy tools and instructions to help create my new smile. I can't wait!!

After applying online, I attended the free consultation & had a scan with a very friendly consultant. Everything was appropriately covered by Covid-19 protocols, which put me at ease. It was all very straight forward & enjoyable, so I'm looking forward to receiving the aligners. My only worry on returning home was that I didn't get a receipt or copy of the document I signed.

My visit to the smile shop was great from the minute I walked in the door. Avi explained the process in detail and the actual scan only took a few minutes. I’m very excited to start my Smile journey

Upon visit I was met with an enthusiastic worker who conducted her job thoroughly and with good quality. Comfortable atmosphere and information provided was very clear. Cant wait to see my new smile. Cheers to the team at smile direct Auckland !

6 months in teeth aren't straight; Re-evaluation done 3 months ago; new molds sent in & new trays still not sent! Progress lost. Emails go ignored and call center is in South America

I received an email inviting me for a free consultation and 3D Xray of my teeth. Nicole was my SmileGuide and was very friendly and explained the process and what was going to happen during the session and afterwards. Am looking forward to receiving the aligners and would like my daughters to get theirs also.

Had an awesome time with the friendly team at riccarton. They were very skilled and had excellent customer service. I'd like to give a shoutout to Olivia, she was very helpful. She explained everything well and clear. Walked out today as a very happy customer, and I'm looking forward to this new journey.

Tess was my consultant but she was absolutely amazing, she went through everything with me step by step and made me so excited for the next step of my process.
