We bought our bed instore, when it was delivered we found a couple of tears on the base. After contacting Customer Service, Ravi organised the base to be returned and delivery of a new base. They were very efficient and communicated very clearly with date/time and the men that came to exchange were careful and helped set up the new bed again.

We were mistakenly given a Cornwall instead of a Devon and although I didn't realise this until many months later the Manager Ravi organised the mattress to come and be replaced. Very happy with this outcome.

I purchased 2 ensemble mattresses for my daughters and the staff in Manly vale were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I also bought a base for a different mattress. We had a small issue in that the wrong base was delivered and the store allowed me to keep the wrong one until the new one would be delivered. This made the small mistake so easy to deal with as the staff were professional and helpful all the way through. I would thoroughly recommend Snooze at Manly Vale and will continue to shop there through the years.

I have just purchased a new mattress from Snooze at Belrose and the salesman was lovely and very knowledgeable, the delivery went very smoothly and the mattress is divine to sleep on. I am very very happy!
