I had heard a lot about these high end bed bases and mattresses sold by snooze and was quite sceptical buying them in the beginning.

Here I am after 5 months, recommending everyone to use these high-quality beds and mattresses. Snooze Crossroads have been very knowledgeable and helpful at the time of this purchase. Amit was very patient in helping us decide the right mattresses & bed bases.

We went to the store to buy only two items but ended up buying more . Sales person who served us had immense product knowledge, made us feel very comfortable, did not push us for sales but at the same time made it sure he understood our needs and without wasting any time he took us through the products that were relevant to our needs and also within our budget . I bought a Sealy mattress and Slumberland bed frame. They are both of incredible quality and it was an amazing purchase. The service at the store was the best I’ve ever received. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely the best place to buy anything for your bedroom

6 days to deliver a mattress to a home 7km down the road is terrible service I don’t recommend this shop to anyone, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

Elkin and his team at snooze castle hill did an absolutely fantastic job of fitting my wife and I for a mattress I couldn't be happier with the service received and the overall product. Would highly recommend Snooze castle hill for anyone looking for an upgrade to their mattress. The mattress we purchased is perfect for us, and we've never had a better nights sleep.

I came into the store after spending alot longer than i had planned to at the homemaker centre alexandria. I reallt just popped my head in the store to have a quick look, however the staff member, Barry, was very welcoming and genuinly interested in my needs. After a chat and a computerised diagnosis of my needs, he presented me with a few options.

I paid 3500 $ for a mattress from snooze .when i got it home after couple.of weeks i start feeling so bad backache and pain in my legs
I called up the store for returning it they start making execuses and ddnt return it back
To be honest i would never recomended this brand
I was using other brand and never suffer from this pain
Really i wasted my money over zero from ten on mattress
I dnt advics anyone to buy from them.
