Very easy to navigate the store, being one of the stores with high standards in terms of style, quality and sturdiness of their products.
We were assisted by Bandish who was amazing, being very knowledgeable of customers’ needs and providing professional Customer service and advices.
We purchased our five children’s beds and they are so happy for choosing Snooze.

I am not one to write reviews but I thought I should with my experience dealing with Michael and the team at Prospect. They went above and beyond customer service after my bed was delivered I rang told Micheal it was a bit difficult getting out of my new bed with my disability, Michael came to my house after work to see how we could make it more comfortable for me and helped me out so much and I appreciate that service. I initially called and spoke with the amazing Amie who took the stress off my shoulders immediately.
My bed frame had already arrived and I called to check the status of my mattress which I had expected to come within two weeks but Amnie went above and beyond for me and only a few days later my mattress has arrive and is being delivered. I’m so grateful and thankful because she honestly delivered service with a smile. Thanks Amnie - you’re a star!!

Thanks to Michael and team for great service and going over and above to assist with delivery. There were some concerns if our new mattress could be delivered before school pick up as we were then going out of town for the weekend. Michael organized a couple extra guys to bring the mattress to the house, they were great, took all the rubbish and old mattress plus were really efficient. Best thing I made it in time for school pick up! Thanks
