We highly recommend Snooze Kotara for the great in store service. We had to store our furniture for sometime and the girls at the storage facility were friendly and courteous. We have just taken delivery of our new bed and the delivery men were fast, efficient and courteous.

We were very happy with the sales service at Snooze Kotara and very thankful they held our bed at the warehouse until we were ready for it to be delivered. The delivery guys were on time and very personable however more care needed to be taken when bringing the furniture into the house.... we now have three noticeable dints and a couple of scrapes on our brand new and painted walls!!!

Bedroom suite was ordered and we were told up to 2 weeks. It arrived in 3 days. The delivery guys were to put it all together but the mirror was damaged. They took it back and we were ordered another one. It took a week to come. We received a call to tell us the furniture had arrived and what day and time they could deliver. The delivery guys called us when they were in their way. They took away all packing and the broken mirror. We received a call to apologise for the mirror and we were advised a new one was ordered. We then received a call to let us know it had arrived. Throughout the process, the staff were professional and showed great customer service. Would recommend on service alone.
