Love our new bed
Love our new bed, Geoff was amazing had all the info and gave us the price as it was on special, we where waiting for some inheritance money to come through before buying it and it didnt come when expected I called a couple of weeks later to find out if the price was the same, Geoff explained it wasnt but he remembered us and honoured the price and emailed me through a quote with the same price the money still didnt come through for another couple of weeks but they honoured the price we where given. So so happy with the service it was hassle free and he made sure that we where happy. Got it delivered and the guys who deliver it where amazing too, the bed was up within 20mins.

Good price Queen mattress and friendly service
Bought a firm Queen size mattress, good price and it was delivered as promised two days later on the Saturday, with a mobile call to advise of the time, so I am very happy. My thanks to sales person and manager. Good service especially as it is so close to Christmas.

Do not buy from Snooze
We ordered my sons bed 31st August 2022 and was told 4-8 weeks. After many phone calls i was told delivery 15 December. After waiting home all day i got a call at 630 Friday night that the truck had broken down so i had to wait another week for the bed to be delivered.
When the bed was delivered it was missing the trundle which apparently is sold separately so i was told i would have to wait for that.

Amazing product and customer service
We purchased a King sized luxe mattress (firm), base and bedhead from Snooze (crossroads) in November. We are exceptionally happy with its comfort level, aesthetic and especially the height of the mattress . Rahul was very enthusiastic, patient and catered for all our requirements. He provided us with an excellent price and ensured that we left the store happy with our purchase. We also bought three double mattresses from Rahul for my 3 daughters during 2018 and were happy with this purchase as well. Our visits to Snooze crossroads is always delightful because of the lovely and respectful nature of the staff.

Fixed all our issues
Matthew from Snooze Warrawong did an outstanding job when we misplaced the bolts for our bed frame during a move. He was able to locate spares saving us the wait of ordering during the Christmas period. Can't thank him enough.

Don't shop at Snooze!
We placed an order for bedroom furniture on 28 August 2022 and, 15 weeks later, it is still somewhere in Melbourne with little chance of receiving it this year. At the time of purchase we were advised the furniture order would take 8-10 weeks to receive. At no time were we told that was just the start of the wait. There are delays the whole way in the delivery chain; suppliers won't deliver to the depot until the truck is full, the transport company only runs from Melbourne to Sydney once a fortnight....and so it goes on. ed the status of the delivery I have been given a different story and every time told the furniture will DEFINITELY be at the store in 2 weeks. I have spoken to 3 or 4 different people at the store and the information keeps changing and is not accurate. I feel I am just being fobbed off.1 comment

Excellent service
Amnie was very friendly and helpful, I am a very fussy and picky customer but Amnie was very patient and answered all our questions best customer service ever !!!! Highly recommend we need more people like amnie in stores.

Customer Beware

ts to compensate for such an outrageously long waiting time and since then, yet again, have heard nothing. I'm sincerely hoping my bed is arriving on Sunday but I can't rescind on my position, the standard of customer service has been terrible. I have a chronically bad back and if I'd had any inkling that it would take this long to receive goods that I have paid for in full there is no way I would have bought from this store. I appreciate the concern and thank you for your assistance but like I say, I simply cannot recommend a product from a company that has behaved so unprofessionally.Similar opinion? Do not buy Madison products from Snooze. Sever back pain for anyone who slept on this.
Would give negative rating if I could. Sadly a 1 star is the lowest on this site.
Started getting severe back pain a few days after purchasing this mattress. My wife also started getting similar back pain. We swapped beds with our MIL who was visiting from overseas. MIL also complained of severe back pain after a few days of using Madison mattress.
Contacted Snooze store in Auburn, Sydney. Their crew is well rehearsed in responding to these back pain complaints. They will merely tag this complaint as a 'COMFORT ISSUE' also gently blaming the ...Read more
customer by pointing out the fact that "You had a chance to test this mattress in store before purchasing, it was your choice, now we cannot refund your money". I escalated my complaint to their area manager who referred me on to 'their friendly mattress manufacturer' to test the mattress technically and find any issue with the product. As expected the product came back with 'no fault found' status with the manufacturer now selling me the 'Seems to be a comfort issue with you' tag line. The fact remains that a products like a mattress, a car, a medical device or a house are something that do not exhibit embedded faults till a person uses them over an extended period of time. A visual inspection or even 4 to 5 hours worth of product trial is not enough to bring to light the long term damage this product can cause. Donate your money for a better cause rather than buying products from this company.3 comments

Best in Store Service & Delivery
We highly recommend Snooze Kotara for the great in store service. We had to store our furniture for sometime and the girls at the storage facility were friendly and courteous. We have just taken delivery of our new bed and the delivery men were fast, efficient and courteous.

The staff here were very helpful and happy to help us.
The staff at Crossroads have been amazing. From the moment we walked in looking at their products to the after sales support. We couldn't be happier. Karen and Preena (spelling) are fantastic.
Now that I have everything which I have purchased, I can highly recommend this store, and particularly these two sales people. Honest and very helpful.
The products sold to us are awesome. The best sleep I have had in years. Life changing actually.
I can only recommend you give these people a chance as they have proved their weight in gold to me.

Well Done Bivek at Bankstown Snooze
Very happy with service provided by staff, particularly Bivek. He LISTENED to my needs, offered alternatives and explained features with a refreshing professional grace. Perfect shopping experience. Good range available. I bought a Sealy mattress and adjustable base. My physiotherapist was also pleased that I had been advised and directed towards the correct products for my needs. Amazing!!
Easy to navigate the store. Great products at reasonable prices.
But the main positive would be the friendly staff.
My experience was with Fabio who was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he help me pick out the bed, he was extremely patient answeting my many questions and tailoring tge service to my exact needs. Definitely would recommend!!!

all round service
excuses excuses! ordered mattress over 6 weeks ago, meant for delivery after 2 weeks, called shop Friday for delivery time, saleslady said mattress arriving at store from Sydney warehouse Friday morning, driver would text when 1/2 hour away, rang again bout 10,30am, matt informed that delivery driver decided he didn't want to work any more! Was trying to find another driver thru day, I rang a removalist who was fantastic, did the pickup for me, saleslady wasn't helpful at all to him! Rang shop again Saturday for old mattress pickup, nup, wouldn't happen til Monday, TRUCK breakdown, I understand things happen, but, we'd paid in full, for delivery and pickup, not very happy at all, no recommendations from me!
