Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well educated on the products available. Staff were knowledgeable and could answer all our questions which lead us to buy a frame and mattress that suited us and our budget!

Omg worst customer service in 20 years !!!
No wonder this shop is closing down !!! We went on a Saturday afternoon afternoon to look for a single mattress for my little girl, we were greeted by two ladies who didn’t even get up, one grumpy lady called [name removed] finally got up after we enquired about single mattress !!! She said we only have 2 left in a stern voice, i then had to ask to be shown them !!! After her 2 second sales pitch she reluctantly said it was 40 % off !!! So I asked how much would that make the mattress and she said angrily “I don’t know “ !!! Wow what a way to be treated !!!! We won’t be coming back to snooze any time soon !!!! And it’s really no wonder they had to close the store down !!!

I ventured into the Snooze Noarlunga store on 8/10/19 and was warmly greeted by Zoe. As there were a few customers i had to wait but it gave me time to look around. As it was busy Matt from the warehouse came down to assist me. He did the test to see what type of mattress i needed and proceeded to show me ALL that met my requirements. I kept coming back to one mattress and that was it. Next was a bed and that was quite simply found. n help with pillows, sheets, protectors etc and between them I was cooking with gas!! Delivery was next day- perfect as i had been sleeping on a blow up then go down mattress as my Waterbed of 34 years had finally died! These two went out of there way to make my experience a delight and I only just found amongst my warranties etc a little note from them both wishing me great sleep! Thanks to them I have been so happy and I would like it recognised that Zoe and Matt gave exemplary service and i am so happy i went to their store. Exceeding Customer Service!
After visiting other bedding stores we received superior customer service from "Laine" that stood out from the pack. She made us feel comfortable to make our 1st shopping experience hassle free. My daughter loves her bed! We will be back!

Brilliant price, brilliant service got exactly what I wanted fast and easy
Very satisfied with the product range, excellent staff and service. They pulled mattresses from out the back so I could try. Didn't try and give normal sales pressure to buy more expensive items. Very happy with service and will recommend to people.

Customer service
Fantastic customer service, Noarlunga store. Knowledgeable, patient, not pushy. Happy to return to this store. Product was for my elderly mother who commented that she felt like staff really listened to what she wanted
