We were impressed by the service Marita provided, she was really patient, friendly & knowledgeable when helping us choose our perfect mattress - and there were many to choose between! They were very accommodating with arranging delivery although we're not in the local area and their regular delivery guys weren't available on a day that suited our schedule. Overall we were very impressed by the service provided and love our new mattress.

I had been looking online at the Fabian bed, walked into Snooze Launceston to be greeted by the very cheerful Emily. They didn’t have one in the store but she very quickly got the website up so that I could confirm that’s what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. So again thank you Emily I love my bed.

Great service from the moment I walked in the door. I took advantage of a big sale and got a great price. There was some confusion at the end regarding time of arrival so Andrew rang me and delivered and set the bed up for me! It made life so much easier!!

We recently purchased a bedside table and desk for our son and a new mattress for our bed. The service has been super friendly and the knowledge of the products was impressive. Great friendly service by Sofie who was very knowledgeable in the range of products. Sofie was able to help me choose which level of firmness I needed for a comfortable nights sleep. Andrew delivered my mattress and was able to advise me on the correct base to have and what I could do to improve my current bed base. Thankyou very much for great service and I love my new mattress and am getting a good night sleep every night.

The store was well set out and there was a very good range of products. We wanted a new “spare” bed for when family stay and the different quality of mattresses was explained very clearly to us. Sandra and Sofie were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was delivered 2 days after purchase and they even took our old mattress away.

We were welcomed into snooze launceston by the staff on a couple of occasions, in particular Sophie was a delightful and helpful. My husband and myself, wanted a new bed, and a new look for our bedroom. We were shown different options, eg ensemble or bed with new mattress. We came in initially just to check the sealy mattress, but after speaking to Sophie she showed us the Madison and we were impressed. We then looked at the venus bed head and base and loved we could choose our fabric. Finally we chose king, and all our old linen was queen, so Sophie helped us out by doing us some great prices all round.
Delivery was on time and assembled . Great experience with snooze. We can now sleep soundly.

Delivery was arranged at a convenient time for me. The delivery guys did all the work and even made sure the slats on the bed didn’t shift as they positioned the new mattress. Great experience.

When selecting a suitable bed for my needs I was served by Marita who impressed me. She had a welcoming smile, listened patiently to me and to my companions. Shopping, which includes making decisions is an ordeal for the aged, but Marita made this event very pleasant.

Sofie was very professional, helpful, efficient and patient when I was in the store to choose a bed and bedside tables to purchase. She was able to answer all of my questions and seemed to have very good product knowledge. Overall this was a very pleasant shopping experience. The range of products was very good and I am more than satisfied with the products that I purchased.
The guys who delivered and assembled my bed were very polite and did an excellent job.

We needed a new bed on short notice and Snooze provided an amazing, personal, efficient and helpful service. We were advised of our options on the spot, given clear directions on price options and advised of beds that would be available and in stock. Delivery was arranged for the next day (on a Saturday) and it was delivered and installed without a problem.I have no hesitation in recommending Snooze for their customer focus, product range and value.
